Insane quality for an insane price. Don’t hesitate, just buy it.

This is an incredible little lens even at three times the price. I have purchased two of the original and now the Mark II for a Fuji XT-30 II. I’m as pleased either way it as my Sony Zeiss 55f1.8,

Se siente bien construido, el parasol es de metal y combina perfecto con el estilo de la cámara. Lente luminosa, buen autoenfoque. Por el precio, las fotos son de muy buena calidad.

For the price, I guess I'll keep it. But I'm disappointed by a few things:• zero close-focus ability. Don't expect to use that nice bokeh on close-up photography.• flat colors, a bit of a yellow cast, possibly. It makes everything look like shot on old film.• no aperture ring, as others have noticed.• no manual focus capability on my Fuji camera — auto or nothing, it seems? On the plus side, it's small and light enough to let me carry my little camera around without the lens feeling out of scale with the camera. And I worry less about it, since it's so cheap.

Honestly surprised at the price of the lens for the quality it produces. I’ve owned a TTArtisan lens in the past, but not one with autofocus. The AF is snappy, grabs the subject and that f1.8 allows for good lighting. It’s not f1.2 or f1.4, but it’s definitely doable. I noticed that depending on your lighting, it has the ability to soften and spread the light in almost a diffusing filter type of way (as you’ll see in the pictures). Be aware that you have to have a certain distance between the lens and the subject or it won’t focus, but an amazing portrait and street photography lens for sure.

Biggest compliment for this lens is that it is incredibly compact, light and well built. Very much exceeds it's price point and offers an awesome alternative for people who can't afford the first party, or more expensive third party variants. Also very intuitive use of the lens cap by functioning as a port to update the lens firmware.Auto focusing was excellent and shooting in lower light conditions at 1.8 aperture felt pretty good considering the price of the lens in comparison to my first party fuji lenses. Bokeh was pleasing to the eye, nothing crazy but definitely nothing to be disappointed with, would very much recommend using this lens for some street photography or when you're out on a hike, very versatile and quick. The only gripe I have at all is that the lens color capture felt off. Colors were not really as rich when comparing images to my other lenses, to quite a noticeable degree. I would say they were a little washed out, maybe if anything a little truer to how they would look straight out of your eye with no real pop. If you're looking to use the lens alongside others for a collection of scenes and images from the same day/location just be aware of that, you will have to do some post work to get it to the look of any other lenses you might've used.
