I wanted a pancake lens for my Nikon Z6 & Z8, and a 35mm seemed like the perfect fit. At under $100.00, it is certainly a bargain- it's full frame, and manual focus, but there is a setting for infinity, and with most ML cameras, you can turn on focus peaking to see exactly where you are focusing. As an added bonus, there is a lens cover/shutter built into the lens body itself, making it all the more fun and fast to use for street photography and other applications. Buy it, how can you go wrong? :)

Das 7artisans 35 mm f5.6 ist eiin sehr spezielles Objektiv mit einem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Allerdings muss man seine Eigenheiten schon mögen oder wenigstens sich bewusst sein, was geht und was nicht. So ist die tiefste und höchste Blende mit 5,6 nicht wirklich schnell und schon ein wenig einschränkend. Dafür ist das Objektiv genau auf diese Blende ausgerichtet und macht schöne Bilder (in meinem Fall auf APS-C und somit als 52,5 mm entsprechend Vollformat). Vorsicht sein muss man mit Streulicht, da ist das Objektiv wirklich sehr empfindlich; dies vor allem dann, wenn man nicht auf unendlich fokusiert (da dann die Linsen weiter vorne stehen und so das Streulicht eher einsammeln). Doch gerade bei «meinen» 52,5mm eq. kann man gut mit der einen Hand das Streulicht abschatten.Ich bis sehr zufrieden mit dem 7artisans 35 mm f5.6, auch mit der wirklich schnellen Lieferung.

I got this to use on a Sigma FP. I wanted a small, light, unobtrusive lens that allowed my FP to be pocketable.At 35mm it is a casual lens but at f/5.6 it is a little slow - its actually the slowest wide angle I own.On the plus side, the image quality is good, colours are bright and cheerful, there is a slight warmth to the lens, but this is not a terrible thing at all. The FP has great low-light performance, so the relatively slow f/5.6 is not the issue that I though it would be.The genius feature though it the inbuilt lens-cap - it is such a wonderful feature that I find myself missing it on other lenses.The IQ is decent - it is not amazing, but it certainly punches way above its weight - colours are slightly warm, there is a little vignetting and lens flare can be pretty epic if you are shooting into the sun. In other words, it punches way above its weight.Manual focus is easy with focus peaking, but then a wide lens at f/5.6 has a monster depth of field, so it is not really that imperative you are super accurate. You can focus fairly close, down to about 30cm and the background will blur into oblivion with a fairly undefined bokeh - its a nice look, but it is way too short for portrait work, mine is almost entirely landscape and street use - for which it excels.I like this little lens a great deal, it is extremely nicely made, very, very sturdy feeling, focus is firm and tactile, images are great and it allows my FP to fit in my pocket - what is not to love ?

Bonjour pour être honnête c’est la marque qui m’a contacté pour laisser un retour;Je suis totalement s’atisfait de l’emballage de la livraison et de la prise de contact pour voir si j’étais satisfait; concernant l’info c’est du metal même manuel est c’est ce que je recherchais; je suis satisfait de la qualité de finition anoter qu’après passage chez un ophtalmo le focal est encore un peu plus faible donc c’est du très bon travailMerci à vous a bientôt j’espère
