El producto aparece como ya vinculado a otro usuario pese a ser nuevo, por lo que no se pueden usar los servicios en la nube. Afortunadamente no voy a instalar cerradura automática o sería un problema de seguridad mayúsculo.El soporte de Steren no fue de ayuda.

This item arrived. It was very cheaply made and not durable. I had to pay to return it and it’s been well over a month and I still haven’t got my refund.I Avoiding this product and avoid dealing with the seller

The mat isn't thick, so the chair rolls over it effortlessly. Its non-slip backing allows it to stay in place most of the time. However, because I roll my chair out the same way each time, the mat has drifted slightly in that direction. The top material does collect dust from the chair rollers, but it vacuums clean easily, though the dust reappears quickly. Since I got the black one, it shows dust and debris more, but that just reminds me to clean it sooner. When I ordered this, I was concerned it might be too thick for the chair to roll smoothly, but that wasn't the case. I've used it daily for over a month, and it doesn't show any signs of wear. I would consider buying another one if the need arises.

Good office chair mat to protect hardwood floors. It's anti-slip and you could move your chair around without worrying about scratching the floors. The mat size is big enough and the quality is good. It would be nice if the mat could be rolled for shipping though (instead of folded) to prevent creases, but overall I'm happy with the purchase at this price.
