Connect to any display

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will this hub work with any computer & graphics card?
A: This hub will only work with computers & graphics card that have support for DisplayPort 1.2 and MST. StarTech recommends checking the specifications of your graphics adapter to determine if you have support for DP1.2 and MST. When using a DisplayPort 1.1 video card the MST hub will act as splitter, automatically mirroring your video source across all displays (resolution limitations apply).
Q: Does the hub work with Apple OSX?
A: Currently Apple OSX does not support MST. Support may be added in the future, however, at this time these hubs will not work with Apple computers.
Q: Does the hub work with DisplayPort adapters?
A: StarTech MST hubs do work with active and passive DP adapters. Please note, when converting to VGA, we recommend using StarTech part number DP2VGA3. We have noticed some compatibility issues when connecting using DP2VGA2 with certain VGA monitors.
Q: How do I setup the monitors and resolution once I’ve attached the monitors to the MST hub?
A: Your monitors can be configured using the operating system settings on your computer. These settings can be accessed through the screen resolution section of Display in the Windows Control Panel.
Q: Will the hub work with two 4K monitors?
A: Yes. This 2-port MST hub will support two 4K monitors at 60Hz.

リモートワークでの利用目的で購入し、半年間ほぼ毎日使用しています。連続使用しても不具合が起きることはなく、安定してマルチディスプレイを実現できています。（1回、PC起動時に認識されなかったことがあったのですが、差しなおしたら治りました。）ケーブル部分が短いので、USB-C延長ケーブルを使っていますが、今のところ問題なさそうです。

L'adapter è perfettamente funzionante e risponde alle caratteristiche dichiarate dal costruttore. Nessuna difficoltà nell'installazione con SO Windows 11. Il costo è in relazione alla qualità e Startech non tradisce.

Montado en un Intel NUC con puerto Thunderbolt, tengo conectadas a el 3 pantallas ACER de 27", uno en el puerto HDMI local y los otros dos en los puertos de este adaptador, funciona perfectamente y tengo el escritorio extendido en las tres pantallas, es decir visualización independiente en cada una de ellas. ninguna en modo espejo...

Lamentablemente el producto me llego dañado, tenia grandes expectativas tanto del servicio como del producto y fue una pena que me llegara dañado, lo tuve que devolver y solicitar la devolución del dinero.. me encuentro en espera de la devolución del dinero.

Nefasto!!!! Solicite con urgencia este producto y me envían una unidad externa de cd, que falta de atención. Confie que el dia de hoy recibiría el producto y lo unico que tengo son 2 problemas una actividad mas que me quita tiempo (devolución) y volver a buscar el producto! PESIMO

Excelente opción para tener 3 monitores de un solo mini DisplayPort 1.2 y crear un solo monitor de grandes dimensiones o para tener 3 monitores con pantallas independientes
