Got these to separate MoCA from over-the-air TV instead of basic splitters because these won't weaken the signal strength. Worked flawlessly so far.

Update: continued glitchy reception on high vhf 8 and 9 (180-186, 186-192 mhz) with 8 the worst (local 11 here). So made a full wave folded dipole with upper branch a half wave and 2-quarter wave return legs to the balun. With the bow tie dipole basically 2- 1/4 wave sized whiskers for channel 9 which seems more forgiving and the folded dipole sized for channel 8 which has been less forgiving, full reception has been fairly consistent now. However, I find a basic splitter works just as well as this which is supposed to be better as a combiner. Not much difference really. Possibly it’s more useful for more distinct ranges of signals. Mine pretty much overlap at 186.I made a bow tie antenna to pull in local channels that span the hi-vhf to uhf range that tested fairly decent inside so I mounted it outside using the coax that we don’t use for cable and sometimes it’s hinkie for a couple of channels that are a bit weaker or slightly different location, although all 4 major broadcast antennas are within a mile from each other about 21-22 mi from us. It may be is not ideally positioned/maybe weather, anyway I set up a second bow tie I tried in the attic oriented a little different which works well too - most of the time. Either one or the other seemed glitchy, possibly weather or atmospheric conditions related since neither faces any other buildings. Anyway tried a splitter to combine the two but it made things worse. So far this seems to be ok at combining the two.

Item appears to be of good quality. Though I haven't been able to put to thr use intended. Thinking it me not product.
