Product was delivered in some pretty plain packaging. The product itself appears to be of high quality as far as the LED lights, their enclosure, and wiring. However the instructions provided with the packaging were not at all adequate for this installation. I had to reference a few YouTube videos as well as look in the comments for this item in order to get them to fit correctly on the top portion of my OEM 2021 Tacoma grill. In order to install them properly I had to remove the front grill so that I had enough room to pivot and insert the LED lights along the top most holes. This might sound silly and petty but the zip ties that were provided fell apart when I tried to use them to secure the wiring behind the grill. I mean I just used once that I had on hand afterwards but I don't understand why they would put something of so low quality in the packaging of this product. I'm hoping everything else stands the test of time.Instructions said it would take less than 15 minutes to install, It took me an honest hour to do. These are some of the more pricey LED Raptor lights I found on Amazon, The price point could have been lower for this product. However paying a little bit more I'm hoping will reflect in the quality in the long run.In the end the finished product looks pretty great. I would recommend this product if the buyer understands it's not a 5-minute hookup job.

This thing protects our outdoor storage well. Worth it.

Installed on a 2018 Tacoma. Easy install with built in light clips and pre-assembled wiring harness. Bright led amber light. OEM quality for a fraction of the cost. Recommend

No los puedo instalar hasta no saber si falta un fusible o así es el diseño. Agradeceré algún comentario al respecto.

One of the first mods I've done to my Tacoma. The install is pretty easy if you're technically inclined, but the included "instructions" are severely lackluster. Highly recommend looking up youtube videos to do it if you aren't comfortable or experienced. Also, I would hook the "add a fuse" up to the INJ fuse instead of the one for the headlights, that way the grill lights will be on as long as the truck/injectors are on instead of only when you turn the headlights on. That's up to personal preference though. Make your you put the correct lights in the correct spots as well (there are 2 "center" lights and 2 "outer" lights I guess you could say), so look at them closely and don't try to gorilla strength it into place if they aren't fitting. The lights are decently bright enough to be noticed even during the day, but not a crazy amount of brightness to the point it's too much. They are really great and come with everything you need to install them minus zip-ties, which I highly recommend since there is a very large amount of wiring (which I view as a plus since it allows various routing options for the wiring). All in all, it's a good kit and they look great. I've only had them a couple weeks so I will update if anything happens.

I purchased this cover to protect a 200 gallon patio storage box. The fit was perfect for my box. Snug enough to prevent the wind from getting under it, but not too tight where it becomes problematic getting it on or off the box. The elastic hems at the corner fit well. Also, for my particular box it is not too tall in the height measurement, stopping about 1” from the bottom edge, so the bottom stays off the ground and doesn’t get wet or dirty from the ground. I’ve only had it for a couple of days, so I can’t speak to its fade resistance, but it does seem to be made with heavy denier material and appears very durable. Much heavier material than my umbrella cover which claimed to also be 600 denier.

Before Installing in a 2023 Tacoma, READ THIS!! The Install Video is WRONG!A few things owners of 2023 Tacoma's need to know prior to installing these lights:1. Do NOT follow the video describing how to install these lights. it's wrong.2. Do NOT throw away the outer clips for the raptor lights as the video says. YOU WILL NEED THEM to install these lights in the grille properly!3. Note that not all the raptor lights are identical. There are two "outer" lights and two "inner" lights. Look carefully before attempting to install them, and you'll see what I mean. If you try and install an "outer" light nearest to the Toyota emblem, it won't fit. Same is true if trying to install an "inner" light closest to a headlight. Save yourself the aggravation and look first.4. The connector used for the positive cable to connect both ends is too soft and comes apart easily when attempting to crimp it. If you do so, it'll simply fall apart. Here you have two options:- Slide some shrink tube over one end and push it back. Then, push the connector together and solder it together to make a good, solid connection. Slide the shrink tube over the connection and use a blow dryer on hot to shrink the tube and insulate the connection.- If you don't like soldering the connection, then clip the crappy connectors off both ends, strip the wire back 1/8'th of an inch and use a 14-16ga bullet connector to connect the wires. Crimp solidly together and then wrap in good electrical tape.5. The install video shows disconnecting the lights from the cable, stating it's easier to install the lights separately, then clipping them back together. WRONG! The cilps themselves are very brittle and break off very easily. After two of mine broke with minimal handling, I decided to run the lights from the passenger side and feed the cable through as I went, all the way to the fuseblock. It took a few more minutes, but I didn't break any more fragile clips. I think it took all of two - three minutes to do it this way, and probably no time difference from unclipping the lights from the cable in the video.6. The light kit comes with two different fuse block connectors. I was not happy with the connection using the Toyota standard fuse connector. It didn't push in far enough and I was concerned vehicle vibration would cause it to come loose and I'd lose my headlights at the worst possible time. I opted to use the spade fuse connector instead. Better connection, more solid, sat lower in the fuse block too. That also required a mini 10amp spade fuse and a quick trip to the auto parts store for it. As this was my choice, no stars off for this. I wanted the best connection possible and wasn't comfortable using the Toyota standard connector lead the light kit also shipped with. (BTW: Kudos to the light maker for including both types.)6. Rather than have the fuse block cover crimp the positive lead, I notched the cover where the wire exited the fuse block to avoid that and maintain the integrity of the wire. A small pair of wire snips was all that was needed to accomplish this quick task.7. Black zip ties are your friend, don't leave the cables loose behind the grill, secure them.8. Last thing: since I broke two clips because they're so fragile, I ended up using a small dab of super glue to secure the wiring harness assembly to the raptor lights and prevent them from falling out. A simple fix that shouldn't have been needed because of the very brittle clips these lights ship with. And so there's the picture of my 2023 Tacoma TRD OffRoad, which I picked up from the dealer last week and have about 350 miles on, still 'breaking it in.' The lights do look good, they're obviously more aesthetic than anything else. I hope the lights last, though not terribly confident they will due to the build quality and fragility of the clips on the wiring harness. Either way, they were cheap and will be easily replaceable if/when they fail.

I WISH i had bought this item and Brand sooner. For your reference I am using this cover on a 116 gal Lifetime 60089 Deck Storage Box. As I JUST received today, I'm merely commenting on my INITIAL assessment and excitement. I had to return to previous Brand bc of both quality and horrible fit {Jungda Outdoor} as it looked like a Q/A failure, something of Total different size than advertised and pictured- and horrible fit which i doc'd by photos in another AMzn review under that item; I'm not wanting to cast aspersions here- just my personal factual assessment. Granted these are UNIVERSAL-FIT items- so DO YOUR HOMEWORK, research, as best you can and you WILL find a near perfect fit for whatever box you have or using- worst case scenario you might have to buy a few different ones b4 u nail it..but on my 2nd go of it- THIS PRODUCT hit the bullseye...at least for MY and THIS particular boxs. Anyways...BEFORE EVEN REMOVING this item from PKG I immediately got thinking I had a WINNER- judging from the sheer WEIGHT of THIS item. I only NOW, as an afterthought, got thinking I SHOULD have actually weighed both products for comparison to provide potential buyers & persons goin thru these reviews actual quantitative weight measures. THAT SAID, Bit too late, now as I already returned the previous brnad flop/reject. BUT I CAN easily tell you THIS cover was surely at least 1/3 if not TWICE the weight of previous. The other was nice cover, but VERY LIGHT, more like a sheer fabric whereas THIS ITEM feels more this a 'canvas' heavy quality. Will it hold up over extended periods in PA winters and Summers? We will see. Any petrochemical product will degrade and decay over time and enough exposure- BUT for the price, I will consider it a victory and win/win even if i only get 2-3 years bc the price was AWESOME bein I also had a 'clipped coupon' which made this $10bux cheaper than the previous brand i returned..and yet 2x the weight, as I previously said. Perhaps this it can be 'treated' with some sort of additional UV protectant but I will leave this one alone just to assess the AS-IS durability and provide future updates on its longevity. In compare to other, I'm VERY happy with the FIT on this... I may even purchase a 2nd SPARE of this cover, regardless, just to have on hand if i can get same price OR get another identical box... which I ALSO LIKE A LOT.... even moreso over my 130gal Lifetime box. Obviously, depending on what ur storing, different boxes fit different stuff better than others...duh. And THIS 116 box fits my FULL SIZE Stihl BR800 backpack blower perfect.. even w/intact hose. Prob shud took picture of that, too,b4 i gave up the box to mom for her cushions and junk. Read carefully the dimensions of the various covers which might fit ur particular box. The previous brand had LISTED dimensions that SHUD have been perfect...but werent, for whatever reason. BUT despite the orig item fluke, and inconvenience/hassle of return, it forced me into doing better research, go over more reviews, specs- which EVENTUALLY HELPED ME FIND THIS ONE... o its all good! QUALITY GOOD, so far, and SPECS/FIT is dead on. The other literally dragged over the flooring/deck 4inches like someone had a rough night and missed the 'mark' and cut to long and too big in every dimension unable to see straight. Though its JUST its first day on, Im so far very HOPEFUL this will hold up ..but to early to say as its only JAN 2023 and its first go at winter. Perhaps you can see my reference photos on the Junga for your comparison, I've also bought YardStash barad cover as well for my other-sized boxes.. and VERY happy with those also. BUt THIS one was cheaper with coupon and perhaps ONLY reason I took chance on THIS brand, pulled this form my 'saved cart' and got it over the YardStash... even tho i MAY yet get a YardStash for comparison and my 'SPARE'. BUT THIS ONE WORKED OUT- PERFECT. SO i say WHEN ya find something that DOES work, fits, and cant beat the price- JUST STOCK UP! For THIS exact model and size box- perfect. But anyways, we'll just have 2 wait and see how she holds up. Whereas the Junga has some sorta bucklin straps at bottom, This has the side draw-strings on ends to help secure if you got urself a wind problem. TO reiterate, and conclude, the FIT of this product , unless you get a Q/A failure product that slipped thru the cracks, or whatever, for 116gal Lifetime deck box- its near perfect, tho still considered a universal cover. Also happy with edging and corner seams despite the add photos. DEC23 update. I now have 4 of these deck boxes and 6 covers, 2 for ready spares, Needless to say I'm happy with the BOX[s] and the COVER[s]. JULY 2024 update: Purposely left in wthr, year-round..they are STILL holding up..but they WILL DISCOLOR on ya...given enough time and exposure... but not a deal-breaker for me by ANY means. Do we NEED to leave them exposed and abused 12months a year. Prob not. They sure are pretty when new. I've since bought ANOTHER 2 boxes and FOUR more Shieldo covers.. [ and NO, I'm sadly not being compensated or provided any free by company as a 'Thank-You' of sorts but sure wud be nice if they did have an 'incentive' program? ] Either way, I'm NOW up to 6 boxes, and 10 covers [ i lost the previous 2 new covers in garage somewhere ! I will keep using these OLD covers, however, until they outright fail, tear or SOMETHING as a beta test for something noteworthy to write about for next review update ... and save any FURTHER or next 'NEW' covers for only when guests are coming or company visits where putting on new covers beforehand will make things look pretty again.
