I live in a two-bedroom apartment with my partner and our five animals – two dogs, two cats, and a bird. Naturally, our floors are constantly covered with fur, dust, and feathers. After spending a lot of time watching YouTube reviews and reading up on different robot vacuums, I decided to go with this one after seeing a demonstration of its power on carpet. Even though we have mostly hardwood floors with only a small area of carpet, the way it handled sand on carpet sold me.That was in February 2024, and now, in mid-February 2025, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. For the first 9 months, we had Rosie, our robot vacuum, on a cleaning schedule for 7am every day, except Sundays. At first, it was perfect. But one unfortunate night, one of our dogs had an accident in the living room. I didn’t even think to check the floor before starting Rosie’s cleaning cycle, and as you can imagine, she ended up spreading the mess all over before heading back to her dock. It took me over two hours to clean up, and Rosie needed about two months to dry out and get back to work. Lesson learned: never schedule cleaning when you have pets! Always inspect the area first before setting Rosie to work. After some time, I was able to clean Rosie thoroughly. I removed the battery and cleaned every part I could without disassembling her completely. With a lot of patience and the help of Q-tips, cleaner, hot water, and paper towels, I managed to give her a proper cleaning. After ensuring she was fully dry (five days, just to be sure), Rosie was back on her daily chores, and everything returned to normal. For the first nine months, I barely needed to pull out my traditional vacuum. I only used a small hand vac to clean behind doors, and within five minutes, I was done. It was so convenient to let Rosie handle the bulk of the work!In conclusion, I’m incredibly happy with this purchase. With five animals, a clean home can be a challenge, but Rosie has made it so much easier to keep everything tidy every day. It’s been worth every penny. If you have pets and need a reliable cleaning solution, I highly recommend this robot vacuum. It’s an investment that pays off in convenience and cleanliness!

Haven't had for very long so don't know how long it will last... I have a back injury thanks to a drunk driver and vacuuming hurts. Got this so that my floors get vacuumed and I feel no pain. I have hardwood floors and it keeps things clean. Sometimes it misses stuff in a corner or too close to the wall but I'm loving it. It does seem to have an issue with getting plugged when it is dumping in it's dock but it's not a big deal to pull out the larger pieces causing the issue. I live on a farm and have a wood cook stove and it's keeping up with the dust/mess that involves. I can't get the remote part to work but think that's a MY PHONE issue and not it's problem. I recommend it.

It is the best thing I bought in years. It’s quieter.than I expected and works as it should. The only negative thing is that I wish I had bought it years ago. I have 4 dogs and it gets the hairs and dirt no problem. My house is dog hair free with this on every day. Love it.

I’ve owned several vacuum robots over the past two decades - one Roomba and three Eufys. I’ve seen the evolution of tech from random bounces to Wi-Fi linked apps and now I’ve purchased this self-emptying unit that maps my house.I’ve got two Eufys that work perfectly well - one upstairs, one downstairs - but they have one flaw: between two long-haired humans and two dogs, the hair wrap is insane. Like, I’ve got to clean the beater brushes every 2-3 runs at most (as the brushes age, it has to be done almost every run). Also, the dust bins have almost no room to spare when it’s finished, even if run daily - apparently my house is filthy. Ew.I purchased a Shark upright with no-wrap tech in 2021 and it has rarely had anything wrapped, and never more than a few strands. I finally gave in and purchased the robot version with fingers crossed the specialized beater brush works as well as it does on the upright. So far I’ve run it three times and here’s my impression:- app setup wasn’t 100% intuitive and I had a bit of trouble connecting it to my Wi-Fi but it wasn’t too difficult overall.- the “no wrap” is equal to the upright version. I have pulled one exceptionally long string out. It’s otherwise pristine! This right here is enough for me to save to purchase a second, to replace my other Eufy. Skipping cleaning hair wrap is a dream.- it is not shy about figuring out what furniture it can fit under and it hasn’t gotten stuck yet, even where my other bots have regularly gotten hung up. I have all of my cords out of the floor so I can’t speak to it’s intelligence there, but it climbs over furniture support bars with about as much grace as a robot can muster.- the self-empty feature is super convenient and the robot has emptied itself mid-run each time I’ve run it (about 600sqft, mostly carpet). I’m not worried about it losing suction or overfilling/erroring out.- the self-empty function didn’t quite fully empty the dirt cup on the robot when I checked but it was pretty close. I will keep an eye on this to see if it progresses to be worse (or if it improves!).- the dust cup on the dock makes it super easy to view debris level that has been emptied. I seriously doubt it will be anywhere close to the 45 days advertised to fill (in fact, I will be surprised if it makes it more than 15 runs).- the self-empty function is super loud and the robot itself is louder than I expected. Neither are going to wake your neighbors but if you’re easily startled or a light sleeper, I would be mindful about when you choose to run it. I’m used to running robots at night after we go to bed but this one is definitely daytime only.- the boundary strips work well- no issues with the staircase- the mapping function seems competent but it’s not something I really care for. The integrated camera for mapping isn’t something I am super comfortable with.Overall, this is pricey but if it continues to function as it has so far, I will be very pleased with my investment. I did purchase the Asurion insurance in case this has issues down the line since it seems like there are a lot of parts that could break and render it useless.
