Melhor compra que fiz esse ano.Tenho usado há mais ou menos 1 mês e adorado a experiência. Tem facilitado muito a limpeza da casa, que agora fica restrita a somente cozinha, banheiros e sacada. O robô dá conta do resto.

La mejor herramienta que puedes adquirir en tu casa si quiereres evitar los pelitos de tus mascotas.Dudaba de su funcionamiento pero la vdd todos los dias la pongo a trabajar y el piso esta impecable.P.d. No dejar ningun tipo de piezas duras tales como tornillos, cristales o incluso cotonetes de madera por que pueden dañar los rodillos que son de goma.

Roborock resultó mejor de lo que pensé. Aspira pisos y tapetes con gran eficiencia. Estoy sorprendida favorablemente. También trapea piso laminados y duros. Para mejores resultados en el trapeado de los pisos éstos deben ser planos y nivelados.

Buen robot como aspiradora, la mopa realmente no ayuda mucho y deja el piso marcado. Un poco grande lo que impide que entre en varios lados incluso abajo de muebles por la parte que sobresale arriba. En contraparte, por el tamaño tiene mucha capacidad en el cajoncito de polvo y aspira muy bien. Bueno para áreas grandes con pocos muebles.

Muy satisfecha, lo he nombrado Andrew, y la verdad me ahorra bastante tiempo, lo uso diario por que mi perrita tira mucho pelo y con está herramienta el piso se ve limpio todo el tiempo

Tengo 1 mes con la roborock y es la mejor compra que he hecho; solo la uso para aspirar y yo trapeo no se porque no me llama la mopa que trae.He de decir que tengo 2 gatos de pelo largo y una perrita que tiran mucho pelo y me funciona perfecto y quitarle los pelos a la robotina es muy fácil.El tiempo de limpieza de mi casa ha disminuido drásticamente y ahora ese tiempo lo invierto en otra cosa.

I've had this vacuum for about a month now and it's been great. I had a Shark robo vacuum before this one which served me well, but I'm much more impressed with Roborock. It's a little less noisy, picks up everything, and keeps itself clean. I frequently had to clean out the wheels/bottom of my Shark due to having three pets, but I noticed this one somehow stays clean underneath and has given no errors so far. And I haven't had to empty the bag yet. But the most impressive thing to me is how smart it is, it doesn't run into anything, and it's FAST. I have a 1500 sq ft space, and (apart from the first 1-2 times while it learned the home) it takes about an hour to clean everything. It seems much more high tech than I expected. Well worth the money. I haven't used the mop yet, but the vacuum does great.

Update Apr 9, 2025: See the YouTube video which evaluates 7 models; Roborock came in first beating out i-Robot at 3 times the price. Important: As in all devices, learn how to clean it and do it weekly. I got the inexpensive kit separately, which comes with 4 washable filters, two rollers and the rotating brush.Update Mar 4, 2025: Best purchase I have ever made at the $249 promo!!!I lucked out! Got it on the Amazon black day promotion1) Hardware setup: I followed the instructions on the large startup sheet (relatively easy, even for me).2) App Installation (Easy) : I installed the app on my Android phone3) App registration and signon: This was the hardest part as my password was never strong enough, however it finally worked after 5-6 attempts. Who would want to hack into my robot cleaner ?4) Connecting new device to WIFI: As for any new device, have your WIFI credentials ready (WIFI name and password). Connecting was a little tricky. It took 2 or 3 attempts before I got that beautiful green text indicating "successful connection".5) Operation: I'm not going to spoil the fun; except to say that this little guy is a joy to watch. I set it on "FULL" from my app. It ran for an hour and guess what! It really does clean and my wife is overjoyed. We have a "shedding" Shiba Inu dog; must I say more?Update Dec 28, 2024: Sorry to spoil the fun, but you'll need to do a weekly cleaning or the unit may not function well due to hair and other contaminants.Update Jan 3, 2025: The floors have never been cleaner; especially in areas like under the bed, etc. It has relieved my wife of the daily work of sweeping and dusting not to mention that the air quality has improved. Bottom line,"IT REALLY WORKS".Update Mar 23, 2025: I finally found one issue. This happened three times, "it choked on a sock". The issue I have is that it didn't give a notification or "warning". It just kept on cleaning; without actually cleaning because the dual rollers were jammed. OK. OK! I'll accept half of the blame as I should never leave socks on the floor when my Robbie robot was cleaning. Don't get me wrong; I still love my AI helper in the house. Couldn't live without it now!

The product is probably nice and effective, but the seller is selling it in Saudi market where the voltage is incompatible to the functioning of the product. They should not sell it in a market which is not right for the product!

What I love most is it almost never gets stuck and I don't have to remember to empty the container. for a while. Does well with hair and cleaning hair out of rollers takes 2 minutes, great design. Does a whole floor of 1300 sq ft with 65% battery left.Programming is almost very good, with a few minor tricky things, but generally very intuitive. Suction is adequate to all surfaces, not too loud but loud enough that it's hard to watch TV with it around. Does a really good job with minor omissions sometimes, cleaned 100% if I ran it twice, especially if there was a lot of dirt on the floor. Didn't try the mop as it's basically dragging a wet sponge, I'd get the rotating mops in that case for better efficiencyIt would probably not pass the dog-poo test, but I don't run it unattended
