OK, but I would need a version with all wires 1 meter long and no thicker than necessary with minimal shielding/jacketing to keep the lanyard at a minimum thickness. As it is the wires are barely long enough for a 5-1/2" external bay in the case, far too short for a dock-panel OUTSIDE the case on the desktop. Also kill the obsolete card/floppy pinouts that no one uses anymore and replace them with power/reset switches and lights as I have on the model I bought and modded. Don't get me wrong, it a GOOD product otherwise.

The words "3.5 Inch" on product description made me assume I purchased a 3.5 inch slot face. Alas, I received a 5.25 inch unit. No issue. I just opened a slot on the box and plugged in. Again, others have mentioned the LED is bright. Yes it is. I may paint over it.

That's exactly why I bought, so I can hook up the Windows Mixed Reality (WMR) headset front side. It's brilliant...by that I mean the red power indicator light is literally brilliant. It's a like a laser coming out of the front. You get used to it, get over it. I did.
