I recently re-strung my ukulele with these new strings, and wow, what a difference they make! The sound quality has improved immensely. Edited to add: Amazon AI customer service directed me to the Ernie Ball website for support. I used their contact page to let them know what happened. I had a response almost immediately and they referred the matter to their Canadian supplier. Took a few photos and emailed them to the Canadian rep and was told a replacement set would be sent out as soon as possible. Will update again if there's an issue with the speed or quality :)Original review follows:Switched out the full set of strings on my tenor ukulele. Let everything rest overnight then tried to tune it this morning. Immediately the Low G string snapped and broke. Thank goodness it was the string and not the neck of my ukulele!!! I took a chance on these strings - and now I know better. Seems this is a problem going back quite a while and nothing has been done about it as it's still happening. Sadly, the return window has closed - I bought two sets and will not be installing the second set after this experience. Lesson learned the hard way :(
