Buona sera. Ho comprato l'erogatore a dicembre, assieme alla fontanella. Mi sono trovata molto bene. Hanno funzionato fino ad ora entrambi senza problemi. Letto le istruzioni, mi sono rigorosamente attenuta alle modalità di utilizzo e pulizia. Da qualche giorno l'erogatore ha smesso di funzionare. Sembra che il motore faccia fatica a lavorare e non fa girare le alette che fanno uscirei croccantini. Il cilindro che contiene la pappa si alza, si sente rumore, ma non esce nulla. Ho letto che è in garanzia per 2 anni. Come posso fare? Chiedere rimborso? Sostituzione? Riparazione? Attendo cortese riscontro. Grazie e buona serata.

Excellent feeder made especially for cats which means the portions size are more accurate than the feeders made for both cats and dogs. It is also so handy with the App on setting when the feed the cat and informing you if there are problems. You can also adjust different portions of feeding during the day. The feeder is well made.

Habe den Futterspender geholt da meine beiden Miezen das Trockenfutter immer (fast) gleich aufgefuttert haben, wenn ich zur Arbeit bin.Bedienung ist super einfach, hat auch alles sehr gut funktioniert mit der Einrichtung. Miezen gefällts, die denken jetzt es gibt nur noch den ganzen Tag Essen :D Musste allerdings den Knopf an der Nase ausschalten, was über die App geht, da eine der beiden gelernt hat das da Futter rauskommt, wenn man drauf drückt bzw. lange genug mit der Pfote über die Front tapst.Und einen weiteren Pluspunkt bekommt der Smartfeeder von mir: Meine Miezen knabbern nicht mehr soviel an. Mein Kater vorrangig gerne Papier und Pappe und die Katze gerne eins meiner Regale und meinen Couchtisch; hat seitdem alles sehr nachgelassen, kann jetzt auch mal was liegenlassen ohne Angst zu haben es wird was angeknabbert.

We bought one to see how well it would work and it worked great. Thought we might like an auto feeder with a camera, so we attempted to try another brand that was impossible to connect to wifi. We returned that other brand and ended up buying two more of this one. I love how easy it was to set up and install the app, connecte to wifi was super easy compared to other brands. The app is simple and straight forward on setting up a schedule with portions and meal times. No longer need to worry about being home on time to feed our fur babies or them having to wait for us to get home from work. I love this product so much. I only wish this company made a model that has a built in camera as well and a multi pet model.

Es muy bueno y fácil de usar, las únicas criticas son las siguientes: la porción que sirve es de 4g aproximadamente y el reloj interno del aparato no se puede cambiar; esta en horario de Greenwich Inglaterra, entonces hay que ajustar a tu uso horario mediante la app ( restarle o sumarle horas) Yo vivo en México y tengo que sumar 7 horas al momento de programar una comida. (ejem. 4 porciones a las 3:00pm en la app tengo que poner a las 10:00pm). Se actualizo recientemente el software y el reloj interno ya esta correcto.

Denna foderautomat fungerar perfekt! Lätt att använda och väldigt fin design. Lite dyrare, men helt värt priset! Nu behöver man aldrig vara orolig att skålen blir tom när man åker iväg.
