I was using a EQ pedal for a little boost at the end of my pedal chain and I swapped it out with this. Easy to use and adjust on the fly. Good little booster pedal.

This combines a basic boost with a number of tone shaping options. There is a dial that controls different eq voicings. Overall, I was impressed with the quality and tone of the pedal. It boosts just fine and doesn't add noise. For a budget pedal it's quite nice looking and the small size makes it useful in a pinch. Overall, this is a feature rich pedal that certainly delivers on the performance/cost front.

Wow: This is a nice little unit. It's solidly made, all the controls feel well fitted & durable, it's versatile & useful in several different positions in the signal chain, has a cool look--& easy to pick out, in dimmer lighting, among any other minis on the pedalboard...I combo'd this with their Shark (*clean* boost) to EXCELLENT effect.NICE pedal.Caline's other pedals of interest to me--fuzz/dist/OD/octave--aren't offered for review: some of their Trem/Phase/Verb/Delay/Echo/Chorus line have been, but I'm all covered there

I've run this pedal now by itself, with a Marshall Guv'nor pedal, and with a Black Arts Toneworks Coven pedal as well. The boost it adds is nice and the further sound modelling I can get with it is good so far. Still dialing in the ratio to get it perfect but it sounds good. The six modes give you a nice range from cleaner and chime to a decent bit of dirt even on it's own.I was unfamiliar with the Caline line before this pedal but I would purchase another pedal from them based on how this sounds. The artwork looks good too, boutiquey and not cheap.
