No hay quien atienda a los teléfonos ni por Internet. No puede ser posible. Al llegar al mes 13 exacto ya no funciona. Pidiera ser cualquier cosa pero no tengo donde preguntar. Por su me.luwden ayudar. Muy cara para q no sirva tan pronto

Esta bonita y plancha bien con tela delgada, no supero mis expectativas porque la ropa de tela gruesa no la plancha bien, la ropa no queda lisa como la ponen en las imágenes aún que se le ponga el grado de vapor más alto.

This is a 120V US device with a US plug. It requires the purchase of a £90 Step-down 1500W (240V to 120V) voltage converter to use in the UK!!!!No idea why this is being sold on Amazon UK???

I really had a horrible experience. I bought this right before vacation season then travelled for one month and came back excited to use it, once i did it was working ok on the first level of steam but when i turned it into the the 2nd level it short circuited and stopped working entirely and it even ruined the converter i was using for it. I contacted support of Rowenta itself online since it is still in warranty and it was the worst customer service ever simply saying we are not responsible for any of our products outside of the US and without even providing a reason for why this could happen or how to fix it. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED
