I added a photo to show the difference the print lines are now. I have to use reading glasses just to stay on the line when I am writing. I have been using these log books many years and the line print quality was never an issue until now. Awhile back I had ordered 5 of these log books and by the time I needed one it was to late to return them so I ordered 2 more figuring they may have fixed the problem. But they had not so I sent these two back and will order them from some place else hoping that maybe I will get some with correct print lines. If the lighting is not just right it almost looks like a blank sheet of paper. I am highly disappointed in all this. Maybe all this is just a bad batch of these log books.Update 6 months later. I ordered one book to see if they had improved the printed lines. They had not. The lines are still fairly faint. They are there but not as vibrant as they use to be. I am getting up in years and this does not work for me. Looks like to me they are trying to cut cost by using less ink.

Wasn't able to power up my chinese 80w c02 laser. Noticed the power switch wasn't clicking when turning it one. Removed but wasn't able to find the same switch locally so tried this hoping that was all that was wrong. Low and behold it was rhe switch and this was a perfect replacement. Does the job and for the right price

Removed but wasn't able to find the same switch locally so tried this hoping that was all that was wrong. Low and behold it was rhe switch and this was a perfect replacement. This book was way to expensive for the quality of paper and the build of the spine. Small book worth maybe 8$

I really like these little record notebooks. They are almost perfect for what I was looking for. My only complaint is that I think they cost too much...$6 is too much. I think they are realistically worth about $4.I think people should be aware that this is NOT some type of accounting record book. The pages inside have standard rule lines like a regular notebook. Basically, this is just a hardback notebook.Also, people should be aware of the size of this notebook. The actual page size is 7.5-inches by 5.0-inches. This is a small notebook, so if you can't imagine these dimensions in your head grab a ruler or tape measure so you can truly understand what 7.5-inches by 5.0-inches means.One of the biggest reasons why I like these little notebooks so much despite the cost is that they are well built. I carry one of these around with me at work to take notes and no matter how much I open and close it and bend the cover back the pages NEVER get loose or fall out. In the past I have used spiral notebooks, but after a while they look like rats have chewed on them...they are not built for long-term repeated use. I have also used composition notebooks, but after you open and close them so many times the pages start to fall out. Despite my everyday us of these notebooks they practically look like they are new.I think their are probably better options out there, but for now I'm willing to pay a couple of extra bucks for this notebook that's the right size and quality for me.
