I installed these lights under my marble counter top. Look how it glows!! Looks like a cloud! So perfect for night lighting and that dreamy effect !!They have a sticky backing for easy installation! Think of all the items you could light up!!Quality of lighting is perfect for many projects and the color is blue/white however under my counter the coloring in my marble shone thru beautifully!

I was surprised by the amount of light these produce -- they seem much brighter than other strips I've used. The adhesive worked well for me on a painted wood panel and an old stretch of particle board. The wire ends are red/white and are easy to adapt to your power source. This strip pulls a considerable amount of power -- 50 WATTS (4.2 amps at 12VDC) so you're going to need a 12V power supply that can provide this much current. They work great overall for my needs.

I ordered these because they are waterproof, and I intend to install the strip lighting in the cabin of my boat for mood lighting. I tested the strip lights to see how they would look using my 12 V power supply and wow was I surprised to see how bright and detailed these LED lights are. LED strip lighting has come a very long way as these are far superior to the ones I’ve used in the past. Not all strip lighting is created equal and I will only order high-quality products for my boat. Time will tell how long they’ll last, however waterproof strip lighting generally will have a much longer longevity than those that are not waterproof if your in a wet environment, even under roof. Some strip lighting comes with peel and stick tape while others come with mounting clips and yet others come with both. This one only comes with the peel and stick mounting option, which is fine for my application. If you happen to need clips, they can be ordered on Amazon. So don’t let that distract you from ordering this strip lighting because you’ll miss out on some very high-quality LED lights, I highly recommend this blue strip lighting kit and give it five stars ..

I made one really good submersible fishing light with one of these. Works great and its brighter than several commercially made lights that i have compared it with. Plan on making several more. Everybody wants one.

These work as advertised, I'm knocking them down one star because they don't have 3M backing tape. It matters.I'm using these to build a below-the-waterline fish attraction for our boat slip, just under our dock. They'll be encapsulated in a clear tube and submersed using a 12VDC source for hours at a time, so I'll have to edit my review once they're in the water.So far, leaving them on for an hour, they're warm to the touch in the coil, but no burned out LEDs and seemingly no drama with the pre-soldered wiring. Both ends have both a positive and negative tinned lead.Looks good, just wish it had 3M adhesive tape!
