My old pressure cooker was the type that has the weighted cap that keeps pressure in the cooker. I lost the cap, so the cooker was useless. This new pressure cooker has everything built in, so there is nothing to loose. It is easy to use, and has a safety latch lock. The only thing that it did not have was a spacer plate that you put on the bottom to keep the things being cooked off the bottom of the pot. I just used the one out of my old cooker.

I used this item regularly and i am happy with it. It is just the price could have been cheaper.

Lamentable obsequio, al abrirlo estaba sucio, manchado, rayado y sin siquiera su garantía. Evidentemente había sido usado previamente. Decepcionante.
