Tried this on wood walls and it was making the whole wall shake; it is better suited for brick walls probably or more solid surfaces. It is very hard and if you use your bare hands you may get hurt if you hit it at full strength. Not sure exactly about the usefulness as it should be better padded and should have a better absorption in the back of the force you apply; otherwise it is not that useful as is. Also you use velcro to hang it up, which is another very peculiar thing. Returned it as it is not really usable and the mechanism inside was not even working as it would go off and on at random (battery was full).

So far I've done some controlled tests with kettlebells and the actual results are lining up with expected.Example: 20lb kettlebell drop at about 2ft was 388ft-lbs, which is only 2 ft-lbs (0.5%) under expected (390). And the test wasn't super controlled.

What is the lbs/kg measuring? Is it per square inch or what? If i hit it, and it reads 100 pounds. Is it 100 psi or some other measurement?

The size is a little more than 1/4 of what picture of products shows. Read description carefully before purchase. Its so small that I am not sure it can take punch!!!
