Since the two metal ends are identical in size and shape, it is impossible to loop one end through the other end to hook it to a beam, tree trunk, basketball hoop, or whatever you want to hook it to that cannot be detached. One side of the structure that you want to hook it to has to be open in order for you to slide this strap into, otherwise, it won't work like pictured in this ad since you can't slip one metal end through the other metal end. This is not as advertised and is totally useless to me so I will be returning it.

So far so good. Have a 60lb water bag, 100lb heavy, 70lb uppercut bag hanging from these. The bags take punishment almost daily. The straps are holding up well. No rips. No tears. Been through a few days of rain too. No issues. Definitely satisfied.

Pretty easy to use. Sturdy. Came with an extra clip so it made hanging the bag for my kid pretty easy.

This is a great heavy bag strap. The strap doesn't require you to make any modifications to install. You can insert one D-ring into the other one sideways to loop around a beam or 2x4. It's a little difficult but manageable. Once you get the strap hung up it is very secure and holds a significant amount of weight. The strap is similar to a seat belt and the D-rings and threaded clip are of good quality. I would definitely recommend this item.
