This is exactly as described. I’ve worn this a few times during mock tris and it’s worked out well for practice triathlons.Hopefully this will hold up over time.

Pros - Decent construction and materials, medium fit was near perfect for me (5'11", 162 lbs). Chamois pad is excellent for riding; I was able to do 3 or so 90+ mile rides and felt no discomfort. Suit felt snug for both rides and runs.Cons - Probably not intended for long-distance races; while the chamois is good for riding, it cause chaffing during long runs - once at 8 miles, and the second time at 13 miles... needless to say I was in a lot of pain afterwards. I think it has to do with the amount of moisture it traps in the pad, but during long distance events you just sweat a bunch. I'd wouldn't hesitate to use it for an Olympic distance events or short.Material and stitching is probably 10 year old technology - there are new hydrophobic fabrics out there, with near seamless flat-stitching at every seem; this is not one of them, but again for the price its a good value if you don't want to spend $150+. Also I've heard stories of these race suits starting to fall apart after repeated washes during weekly use; I'd probably only use it for actual races and training bricks leading up to a race event, and not daily use.During swims I felt more drag than if I'd just worn my spedo jammers. Again probably because the material is your standard Lycra and not one of the new high-tech fabrics.
