I have a pole barn dethatched garage. I needed a way to mount the RTK antenna to the front top of my garage to my robot mower. This is very solid once installed and tightened down. If it wasn't, I would have to keep remapping my property for the mower.Easy to use, easy to install. Very strong and well built.

This antenna mwas was very easy to install and it is made out of high quality parts and powder coated so it will last for many years to come. I bought this for my Tempest Weather Station and so far it is working great. It is rigid enough to keep it from moving around a lot in the wing.

Not much to report on. It provides a great outdoor solution for my weather station. It stable and secure.

Other than what's mentioned in the header the product is as advertised. Would recommend some heavier duty hardware. 2 stars because I'm going to have to do some serious redesigning of this now that I dont have what was needed for me and I dont want to go through the hastle of returning it just to get the wrong thing a second time.

A couple of years ago my wife gave me a weather station with anemometer, rain gauge ... the works. It functions wirelessly, transmitting data to the receiving station in the house.I had an old steel pole used for a basketball goal next to the house, which I figured would be a perfect place to mount the weather station. I just never got around to picking up all of the brackets and other hardware to attach it to that pole. Then I saw this mounting pole, ostensibly designed for a Starlink setup. It was exactly what I needed for my weather station. In fact, the upright tubing was the perfect size.I will admit that drilling the holes in the pole and getting this thing bolted on was not a quick project. It took several hours (well, partly because there was a ball game on inside). And part of the time was my tapping the drilled holes so I could use bolts to mount the bracket. Not an essential step, but when I owned a sailboat I acquired all of those tools for mounting hardware to the mast and boom. And I love what a clean look and secure fit it provides. Also, since the bracket was a different color from the pole, and the pole really needed priming and repainting, I painted both the same color - matte black - before mounting the weather station. And once the bracket was in place, and my weather station mounted, I was in business. After calibration, it worked flawlessly. I'll admit that wind speed and direction might be a teensy bit more accurate if I mounted the thing on my roof. But given that Florida ranks first in the nation for lightning strike density (more than 112 events per square kilometer!), I really didn't want anything to attract that kind of "negative energy" to my house.Bottom line: This kit was the perfect size for my square-tubing pole, and gave me a bit more elevation for my weather station. I just wish I had mounted the unit before Hurricanes Debby, Helene and Milton came to call, but I'm told there is a possibility of a Sara by the middle of next week. That's a good "baptism of fire" for a weather station. As usual, I will update this review if my experience with this product warrants any revision.
