Uhhh this pc was just... uhh. This was my first pc that I had bought. It's been nearly a year since I bought it and I've had problems. The computer itself was great, coming from someone who has always played on console playing on 300 fps was a fantastic experience. I had a lot of fun using this computer and has someone who isn't a computer expert it's very good. The fans barely make any noise and the pc itself stays cool even when playing whereas my ps5 is on fire. The lights and look of the pc is amazing as well.Now to the problems I've had. This is going to be a long rant... sorry. After having this pc for about two weeks it stopped turning on. Again as someone who has zero experience with computers I unplugged it, plugged it back in, flipping the switch off and on, etc. Nothing worked. I didn't want to go into the pc and start playing with parts I didn't really understand or potentially void my warranty. After a few days I walked by and pressed the power button and to my surprise and elation it turned on. It worked great for about two more days, and then it went back to not turning on. So I waited and nothing. I eventually ended up calling skytech and they had me on hold for 4 hours, 4 fricking hours!!! When I explained the problem they gave a few steps to try and fix it. Suggesting if they didn't work I'd have to pay to ship back the power supply, plus a fee to replace my power supply. The steps they suggested didn't work so I figured while I had the side panel off I would make sure all the plugs inside were firmly emplace and what do you know I plug the pc back in and press the power button and it turns on. A loose wire was not one of the problems the tech thought it might be but me someone who knows nothing figured it out. I'm not sure which cable it was that was loose but after pushing them all in a little, I fixed it.I know that was a long rant, what it boils down to is a great pc, bad costumer support and poorly put together. I honestly don't know if I would recommend someone get one, I honestly don't.

Got this product with a $250 coupon. The first computer sent had issues with memory, but amazon was kind enough to send another the next day. Computer is a beast and plays all games at max.

This is a great gaming machine that can also be used for deep learning. Very happy with it, however, I knocked down a star because the first one I received had a GPU that did not seem to produce a display (tested RAM, different slots for RAM and GPU, CMOS reset, etc.) Thankfully, I was able to return easily through Amazon (check about the return policy in your region), and ordered a new one in its place which worked great and I'm using now. I called the customer service for Skytech and felt that they were pretty good too; seemed like they would try to work something out in case I wasn't able to get a resolution through Amazon but I didn't have to go too far down that route.

Buen equipo, por desgracia mi Tarjeta gráfica llego dañada, lo que provocaba un desempeño inconsistente y con caídas de frames hasta 5, el performance era de 20-5 fps aún ajustando a Ultra, supongo que porque mi pedido era a MX tuvo algún daño en el transporte, lo que es muy bueno también es el soporte al cliente, me estuvieron asistiendo y dando seguimiento para tratar de resolverlo, incluso me hicieron instalar nuevamente el windows siempre guiado por ellos, lastima tuve que acudir al reembolso.

Once ordered the item shipped very fast. Item arrived in two layer box with extra packaging and padding inside. Tower had adequate instructions for set up and operation. Minimal bloatware installed. Clean build. Well done with wiring routing. Huge heat sink for the i7. Runs quiet. Easy to install additional ssd if want.Included keyboard and mouse quality products. Great feel with not a lot of excess noise. Antenna for wifi included.Nothing but good things to say about the PC. Picked up with $150 off coupon, that's a h*ll of a deal.Thanks!

This pc is a monster, it runs very cool and all the components work beautifully together. Only thing to really upgrade is maybe more ram or more storage but other than that this pc rocks. I use it with a 1080p monitor which is very overkill for this pc but it’s amazing. Frame rate wise for example on cod mw2 I get around 170-200 fps on extreme settings! Cyberpunk 2077 on ultra with ultra ray tracing I get a buttery smooth 100fps. Over 200 fps on apex legends maxed out. Like literally this things a monster.
