Absolutely amazing lens. Picture quality is amazing with my a7 IV. The bad thing is that I purchased the brand new lens and amazon sent me the one that been used and returned, so I could not even register it with sigma for the warranty

Nos ha funcionado perfecto, la calidad de imagen es muy buena, logra una apertura muy amplia sin deformar la imagen como sucede con los ojos de pescado. Los materiales de su fabricación de buena calidad.

I bought this lens for some landscape work from the air and I was veryimpressed with the results. It was used with my Sony A7R V and together a real power house combination.

Gran lente, definitivamente una compra obligada si tienes una cámara Full Frame de Sony, tiene una nitidez muy buena, casi como si fuese un lente fijo, lo que es un poco complicado es el peso, si estás grabando con gimbal de manera vertical si se llega a vencer es muy pesado y los filtros debes comprar especiales, es un gran lente muy buenos materiales de construcción, en la caja viene una bolsa para protegerlo, se nota que es un lente costoso y es un rango de milímetros obligados para tener

Me llegó de caja abierta, no sé si lo abrieron en la aduana, de cualquier forma está completamente nuevo, funciona a la perfección y no tuve ningún problema .

Súper bien empaquetado, estoy muy contenta con la calidad de sigma, no le pide nada a sony y es la mitad del precio de un sony nativo.

It has been nearly six months since I bought this lens from Amazon, and I have put it through its paces in a lot of conditions and professional environments. All of the images here were shot with the Sony a7iii and the 14-24 Sigma. Here is my review:1. Amazon Delivery: The item was delivered to me with one day and packaging was very nicely done. Product was received without any hassle.2. Build Quality: The lens is of the Sigma ART line, which is Sigma's top of the line lens lineup. With the 'Art' namesake, it follows that the 14-24 is one of the very best built lenses that I have used. Excellent focus and zoom rings, feels dense in the hand. I can also certify its exquisite weather sealing. Being a primary landscape photographer, the weather sealing is of paramount importance to me. On the field in the middle of a sandstorm, the lens weathered everything for more than an hour and no spec of sand got inside anywhere. Weather sealing doesn't get better than this.3. Sharpness: Needless to say, being from the Art line, the lens is tack sharp right from 2.8 and all the way upto f16-18. Sharpness is good enough even to resolve the 61MP sensor of the a7Riv.4. Distortion,lens flare, Vignetting: The distortion here is just as much as a 14mm lens should have. There is no extra warping/moustache distortion which cannot be corrected in post. As of the lens flare, I have attached one image where I was shooting directly towards the sun at f18 for demonstrating this scenario. Flaring happens, but that would happen on any wide angle lens at these kind of apertures. Nothing extraordinary going on in here.As of the vignette, it is there but I would argue it adds to the feel of this lens. Most of the time I prefer to keep the natural lens vignette. Of course, you can correct this with one click in Lightroom.5. Coma : If you observe my milky way image attached here, coma is very minimal right from f2.8. Renders stars very beautifully, even corners are wonderully coma resistant.6. Use Cases: For me, I find the 14-24 to be an ideal landscape lens, but can be used in professional scenarios like weddings too. Attaching one image I shot in a wedding.7. Cons: The only con that I could find is the bulbous front element and a fixed lens cap which does not allow the usage of a filter. Although for me, this is nitpicking. You can slide in proprietary filters at the back of the lens, and there are of course other ways to achieve longer exposure times.All in all, this is an excellent lens which you will not regret buying. Highly recommended.**Please note that all images here are shot and owned by me. Unauthorised usage is prohibited.

Tengo días usando el lente para sesiones y la verdad que quedo facinado con la calidad, el rendimiento, es muy rápido, y tiene casi nula la distorsión en las orillas, excelente tanto para paisajes como para sesiones artísticas.

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem weitwinkel-Zoomobjektiv für Urban- und Landschaftsfotografie für meine A7R4. Anfangs tendierte ich zum Sony-Pendant (G-Master 12-24). Die vielen positiven Testberichte über das SIGMA 14-24 liessen mich jedoch hellhörig werden. Gleiche Qualität zum halben Preis werden einem hier versprochen! Was soll ich viel um den heissen Brei herum schreiben: Alle Bilder Bilder die ich bis jetzt mit dem SIGMA geschossen habe über jeden Zweifel erhaben. Ich besitze auch noch ein G-Master f2.8/24-70 und kann (zumindest was die Brennweite von 24mm betrifft), den direkten Vergleich zum SIGMA machen. Das SIGMA ist einfach top. Verzerrungen gibt es nur sehr wenige (und die lassen sich mit der implementierten Korrektur in Lightroom einfach ausgleichen) und chromatische Aberrationen sind so gut wie nicht vorhanden (was man bei meinem G-Master nicht behaupten kann).Die Bilder sind schon ab Blende 2.8 knackscharf bis zum Bildrand. Hier hat SIGMA wirklich nicht zuviel versprochen bei der Behauptung, das Objektiv sei für Kameras ab 50 MP aufwärts entwickelt worden.Fazit: Zur Zeit habe ich fast nur noch das SIGMA auf meiner SONY.Abschliessend noch etwas zur Verarbeitungsqualität: Robuste wetterfeste und staubdichte Metallkonstruktion mit einer Bombenhaptik welche dem G-Master in Nichts nachsteht.Klare Kaufempfehlung.
