Great product.. works right out of the box. Easy to install. I had a remote issue and Hannah helped me out and sent me a new remote. I am starting to use these LED lights at both my bars and home.

It retains its last setting when the power is interrupted, perfect if you're using a timer to control your lights. There WAS a CR2025 battery included in the package. If you press the MODE button, first press makes the strip blink on/off relatively fast, second press is blinking VERY fast, third press makes it step thru the brightness levels from low to high every half second. Don't know why you'd ever use the MODE button.

The product works, but is used product and has been repaired . I have pay for a new one.

Purchased the dimmer to tone down the tape light intensity. It works great! Offers several settings for intensity reduction from 100% - 10%.
