Although powerful, it only runs for around 15 minutes, if you are lucky and, I thought it would run on power as well like a mobile phone but, it does not.It is a waste of money.

This is a great little vacuum for light cleaning. It works well on all surfaces, however, it works the best on floors with no real texture like my rock tile kitchen. With all the varied elevations of my kitchen floor, it does work but it takes time. On my othrr, regular flat floors it's great and on a very low pile carpet it excels. It's strong enough but I wouldn't try to use this for any "heavy" cleaning as I think my Shark upright is more suited for that. I use this one as a "daily sweeper" and use my big shark for the weekly and sping cleaning. This cleaner is lightweight and very manueverable and still has good suction for a cleaner it's size. It would be an excellent choice of vacuum for a small dorm or apartment or even for use in an RV as it's easy to store and takes a charge quickly. I'm more and more impressed with Shark products over Hoover for price point and value for my dollar as well as the machines themselves.

This vacuum was my one and only prime day splurge last year and I have not regretted it even once. I researched different stick vacs and decided this model seemed like the best value for what I needed (vs. dyson and other brands).Overall summary: extremely easy to use, charge, and clean the vacuum itself. Very effective and functional, would absolutely buy again even if it died tomorrow after only one year of owning but it seems to be working about 98% as well as it was right out of the box. I specifically waited a year to write this because many reviews I read when comparing cordless vacuums prior to purchase mentioned problems after about 6 months of use. I've had none.The rest of the review is long but I know if I would have appreciated reading this input when shopping around.Battery life: I timed the use when I first got it and ran it for ~40 minutes switching between hard floor and carpet settings and it did not run out. I think it's only died on me once or twice in the entire time I've had it, and that's when I was vacuuming the entire ~3000 sq ft house in one go. Since I usually stick to just upstairs or just downstairs at a time, battery isn't an issue for me even on the high power setting.Suction/dust cup capacity: the suction is only ever affected when the dust collector cup is seriously full, and since we had two cats and one dog and were catching up on a long time of neglecting vacuuming, this was pretty often at first. Since then we've gotten through one or two full battery charges worth of cleaning without having to empty, which means the suction has been great. We use crystal cat litter that sometimes gets statically stuck to our cat's fur and he will shake it off on the carpeted floor. This vacuum has been great at getting the litter (and fur of course) out of the carpet. Not to mention actually emptying the dust cup is super easy too.Hand vac/crevice tool: switching attachments is also very easy. I had a super cheap hand vac I used to use for crevices and cleaning my car, but no more. This is great for getting in between couch cushions, car seats, cup holders, floorboards, etc.Brush roll: I have long hair and I shed a lot more than the average person. One of the biggest deciding factors between brands for me was the ability to get my hair out of the brush roll and I definitely made the right choice on this one. Even when my hair is clogging the brush roll, it has never once actually stopped it from rolling and has barely changed the effectiveness at all. When I do clean it out - it's SO easy thanks to the grooves on the roll and the bristle design. Even on other vacuums that are supposedly designed to easily clean the brush roll, it has never been this easy before.Down side: The only suggestion for improvement I have is that the tiny wheels on the front of the vacuum head were tangled with fur/dust/hair after the second or third use. Unlike the brush roll, it seems impossible to fix this. On the other hand, even though I'm not sure those wheels even roll anymore, it hasn't actually seemed to have any effect on the vacuum's functionality which is why I'm still giving five stars.If you are on the fence about getting a stick vac in general:I cannot recommend it enough and it is absolutely worth making the switch. My partner and I both have depression and ADHD which makes it very hard for us to find the motivation to clean. Since getting this vacuum I am not kidding, I have vacuumed more in the past year than I have the rest of my adult life (I'm 32! Yes, this is embarrassing!). We keep this near the kitchen within easy reach and eye sight, and it's small enough not to be in the way. We also have carpeted stairs which were the worst to have to deal with - both mentally and literally - and now I vacuum them regularly just because it's so easy. We have had multiple full size/traditional "pet" specific vacuums before and this specific model has equal or better suction power and is so much more convenient than all of them. And it fits under the couch!

Es buena opción para aspirar algo que se te haya caído al piso, pero no la recomiendo para hacer una limpieza más a fondo. No tiene mucha potencia y debes de utilizarla por espacios para que no forzarla

La mejor decisión de compra!!!Es fácil de armar y de usar, además de sencilla de direccionar y cambiar de rumbo. Yo vivo en un departamento y para el primer uso aspire 2 recamaras, 2 baños, sala, comedor, cocina, lavandería, ventanas, y los tapetes a alta succión y me duró toda la batería. Cuando termine estaba parpadeando el último eslabón de pila.Movi los muebles para aspirar atras de ellos, ejemplo sillón de la sala, mueble de la TV, etc.Estoy super contenta con mi compra!!

I spent like 10 hours researching different cordless stick vacuums. I kept going back to the Dyson but just could not bring myself to spend 600 bucks on a vacuum when I already have an iRobot and a corded Dyson ball vacuum. Onto the review:I got this today, charged it and used it for my whole house. 1) As others have noted, the suction power when attaching the brush/pet hair end is not that strong. I held down the "max" button the whole time and it did a pretty good job, but definitely drained the battery faster. 2) It is lightweight, love the flexibility of being able to go up the stairs with this and in all the nooks and crannies without the cord. It really is a gamechanger. 3) I have both a short-haired Boston terrier and a very fluffy Australian shepherd. The upholstery option (which is just like the crevice tool with a brush head) did remove some of the hair from my couch but struggled to pick up the short hair. A bit disappointing and makes me think I should have gotten the Dyson which comes with an upholstery roller head. 4) The hardwood function does pick up a lot (check the cannister you'll be surprised) but doesn't do an exhaustive job. 5) This is a pretty darn quiet machine, my dogs were interested but not as disturbed as with the corded vacuum or iRobot. 6) Battery life: if you're holding down the "max" button, you'll get 10 - 15 minutes. I haven't tried it without using that option the whole time, I'm sure it would get longer.Overall my goal with buying this was to pick up a lot of pet hair very quickly and without having to deal with a cord. My Aussie has tumbleweeds of hair that are almost impossible to keep up with. We're talking hair all over the baseboards, and big piles of it that somehow make there way into places that the dog doesn't even go. I think this vacuum accomplishes what I wanted, which is the ability to run through the house very quickly and easily and pick up a load of hair. The brush head can be used to go over baseboards and pick that stuff up too. It's easy to discard all the grime into a garbage. The ease of use means I will be much better about keeping up with all of the hair, which is a huge burden when you have to lug a big, heavy, corded vacuum around. All around, I am happy with this purchase and feel like I got a solid value-add when thinking of the modest price. Maybe in the future I'll feel better about dropping a few hundo on the Dyson but for now, I'm happy with this buy.

Purchased this vacuum but was really disappointed. Suction is below average but what I most did not like how heavy it is. After 3 minutes of vacuuming it is hard to continue. So that is why I returned it.
