worked great in my childs small room but for my master room didnt work as good.

You can smell the difference! Removed the musty smell in the laundry room, pool house and the bathrooms and left kind of an ozone smell after but about 10 to 15 minutes later the room was ODOR FREE and smelled clean! Have used it in every room to sanitize beds and walls from dust and allergens. I use this often and have purchased several others as gifts.

Changing myUpdated Review:First, I have to give 5 stars for the excellent customer service, which is hard to find these days. Initially, I planned to return my product after it stopped working following just one use.Unfortunately, due to vacation and business travel, I missed the Amazon return window. I reached out to the seller to see if they would still accept a return, and they were incredibly helpful. They worked with me to troubleshoot the issue and offered to send replacement bulbs. Communication was great throughout the process. When I finally received the shipment, I didn’t have a chance to open and test it until weeks later due to more travel. To my surprise, they had sent a full replacement unit, not just the bulbs. So far, it's working —time will tell if it lasts beyond just one use..................................I tested the product for 15 minutes and it worked well. However, when I tried it for 30 minutes, it only worked once.I believe I may have received a defective unit, as it does not seem to be suitable for a large room but rather for a smaller space like a bathroom. I did not notice any significant impact from the product other than a metallic smell in the room.

The sensor that’s supposed to detect someone entering a room is to sensitive. I’ve done everything to try and get it to be able to last for the timers duration but it continues to shut itself off. To make sure I wasn’t mistaken because how would you know unless you have a camera in the same room because if you get close to the door to open and enter the room it’s in you might think it just shut itself off to keep you safe but the one I received that wasn’t the case. So I watched the camera from my phone to see it shut itself off after only a couple minutes. I’ve turned off all the lights closed the curtain, placed the unit in the middle of the room and it just doesn’t matter. Maybe living in the city is to much for the unit. I don’t know. I wonder how many people out there are having the same outcome but are unaware because they won’t go in until the time is up?

Really impressed with this thing so far. Definitely has controlled a horrifying mold outbreak; the results are tangible. There is often a sort of “cooked” smell when you put it in a moldy area and let it work.Just wish it didn’t get triggered to shut off inexplicably sometimes - (leaving me haunted with the question: what does it see moving in there when I shut the door??) - but also glad for the safety feature.It’s very lightweight and full of mercury. Wish the base was heavier so it wasn’t so tippy, even though its little cage does shield it from impact to some extent.Would be cooler still if it had a heavy rotating base or some such so it could ensure nothing is blocked by the plastic light housing. But maybe I’m getting too wild here.Wish the cord was 3x longer. Plan on needing an extension cord.That said, I’m pretty sure this is the best you can get for the price. There is no way I could have done this without little lamp buddy. There was a flood, everything was molding, the UV wand, air purifiers, bleach, p100s, silica gel, fans & vinegar were insufficient to stay ahead of the crisis. This saved my library of antique books, lots of furniture & so far it seems like the even the carpet may be salvaged.
