I just received this yesterday, it ran a fifteen minute cycle, and then the top bulb wouldn't light up anymore. I don't see any aign the bulb is burned out though.

I recently purchased the BAIMNOCM UV Lamp Hanging Mite Odor Mold Removal Lamp with Remote Control Timer, and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of effectiveness! I purchased the light to remove odors from a room that has been closed off for several months, I know the area should be cleaned first but that wasn't possible, I've ran it in the room several hours and it has actually helped remove odors but not entirely of course. I purchased it on the advice of my daughter who is a clean freak 😏 , and it has worked well in the other rooms which are cleaned on a regular basis,it leaves the area smelling neutral after it's aired out, it actually helps the area's stay cleaner,dust doesn't accumulate as quickly so dusting is cut in half..a big pro . I haven't found that it kill's fruit flies but it doesn't claim it does , but would be nice if it did. I'm pleased with the product just think I may have to purchase a ozone generator for the really smelly room or make my son come back and clean it... I like that I can simply hang it on the door knob and didn't have to install hooks anywhere,or sit it in the Hardwood floors.... have a great day..

This UVC light (disinfection) unit with ozone is easy-to-use. I checked it with and without the remote control. Unfortunately, users must experiment to learn how the timer module responds. My system was going to hang in the bathroom. (I just wish it could clean the bathroom, too.) Unfortunately, the timer module failed after ONE day. It responds to the front panel button and under remote control. However, it fails to turn off the light panel. Stuck on means a relay or other circuit dangerously shorted.

Precaución para usarlo, solamente accionarlo durante una hora cuando no haya animales ni personas. Terminado el periodo ventilar muy bien. El ozono puede ser perjudicial para la respiración.

UPDATE: I contacted the seller about the bulb, and they replied offering to replace the whole unit! In a few days, a whole new unit arrived! It works great, no issues! Excellent customer serviceSo far, I'm happy with the item. I love the fresh smell from the negative ions, but it doesn't seem to help that much with mold except to mask the smell. (I bought this to help with a mild moldy smell in one of our bathrooms...) However, I think that it's worthwhile to get to freshen up rooms.Downside was that there absolutely NO instructions for assembly. Luckily, it wasn't too difficult to figure out. It came with a hanging chain, but there wasn't any designated place to attach the chain. And, the chain didn't have the latching ends attached. For some reason, there packed separately. To hang the lamp, I just hooked them into the grates on one side. Doesn't seem that secure.One major issue is that one of the bulbs went out after a couple of weeks. I've sent a message to vendor to see if they'll send a new replacement bulb (for free, of course), otherwise, I'll return it before the end of my return window.
