Very aesthetically pleasing in the kitchen, great for grinding up spices or making a salsa or guacamole, good quality is heavy and sturdy, does not slip or move when grinding, makes the perfect amount for 4 people:)

Great product, plenty big enough for pestos, chimichuri, guac seems to be a quality product. Pestal came broken, seller immediately sent new, very satisfied with all.

I had received it with a broken pestle. I reached out to the company instead of Amazon. They sent out a new pestle right away. Excellent customer service.

This mortar and pestle set is actually very heavy. The wooden piece is detachable, so you can wash the set without warping the wood. It is bigger than I thought, but that's perfect for making bigger portions of sauces, spreads, etc. Good buy, especially for the price.
