I had the same experience as the other review for this item - laptop will not boot up after 6 months, we called Dell support and they said this laptop is NOT new, it is refurbished, and it has software that is unlicensed for use in the United States. I contacted the seller and they say the item has a 30 day return policy so they will not help - after illegally misrepresenting the condition of the item, and selling it with pirated software, that's the response?? I'm contacting Amazon to seek reimbursement through their "A to Z" refund service.

If you buy Dell products online through amazon your product migh only be warranted for only four weeks. Two weeks later I am still trying to find someone who can help me return my computer to be refund. HELP !!!!!!!!!

Bought this computer, 5 weeks later having issues. Called Dell support which indicated that the seller changed out the 32 GB with another that was not Dell. The computer showed it was a 117 days old. Because of the 32GB change out Dell could not warranty the computer. Also seller removed some of the software that was to be on the computer. I was NOT aware that a seller was able to modify a new Dell computer without the buyers knowledge.

I was sold a defective machine. From June to today, I've had it fixed twice. Now, I just learned that the motherboard is gone. The seller may be unreliable because the machine should have been checked.
