The laptop was like new and well packaged. The keyboard wasn't a UK keyboard and whilst this might not be a problem for some people, for me it is. Having no £ sign and the @ and " sign being in the wrong place, is an issue for me. I have 3 other Lenovo ThinkPads all with UK keyboards. The other issue I spent ages trying to get to work, was the touch pad. After a lot of Googling it looks like there is a driver issue with Lenovo T14 Gen 1 and the later versions of Win 10 and Win 11. The touchpad works in the BIOS and during the inlcuded Win 10 setup, but stopped working after the first reboot. I could get it to work using a Synoptics very old Win 10 driver, but it was laggy and I couldn't get the pointer speed quick enough even on max. For me these were issues, but for you they may not be ehnce why I have given 3 stars.

Excelente!!!. El cable de alimentación no es el original. Pero es lo de menos.La bateria esta como al 40-50% de vida.Pero se la cambias y ya

Está bién en general, le puse otros 16 GB de RAM y un SSD M.2 de 2 TB y ahora se utiliza para diseño gráfico y tareas generales sin problemas. ¿Compraría otra a pesar del fallo que describo más abajo?, si, definitivamente.+ Buen procesador, potente y de bajo consumo+ Gráficos Radeon+ La batería está en buenas condiciones+ Viene con 16 GB de RAM soldados y se le pueden poner otros 16+ Soporta SSD M.2 hasta medida 2280+ Carga mediante puerto USB-C y tiene otro puerto disponible+- El teclado es retroiluminado pero obviamente está en inglés- Al encenderla por primera vez reportó problemas en el ventilador, simplemente la abrí, la limpié, cambié la pasta térmica y quedó como nueva, le quito una estrella por esto porque no todos los que compren una podrían hacer esto por sí mismos por lo que tendrían que pagar extra a algún taller de laptops- Aunque la laptop en sí venía limpia el cargador se ve que simplemente lo arrojaron a la caja, ni siquiera lo limpiaron o amarraron

This laptop boots up in less than 5 seconds. The performance is great, battery life is excellent, can run all day before needing to top up. The condition appeared like new with no visible scratches or over use. This laptop is a real value for your money. Plus it looks great.

Very happy with the refurbished T14 G1 Ryzen that I received. The computer had a sticker on the laptop lid that I removed. The lid had very minor scratches from the previous owner. The actual laptop was in very good condition, and the keyboard looks to be unused. The computer comes with 16 GB onboard memory, with an open slot, allowing for an easy RAM upgrade. I put another 16 GB of RAM for a total of 32 GB. Laptop that I received has the 250 nit display, but I plan to use this indoors only. The laptop came with a clean install of Window 10 Pro. First thing I did was download the boot image of Windows 11 from Microsoft, and I did a clean install. Battery had approximately 300 cycles on it, but seems to hold charge very well. The laptop that I received also has a fingerprint sensor, which was a nice, unexpected option that allows for quick login to Windows. Very satisfied with the refurbished product, and I would not hesitate to order again. Thank you!

Me llegó en perfecto estado jamás imaginé que estuvieran así de bien todo en orden y a no ser porque no trae la caja original diría que es completamente nueva, la batería tiene un excelente rendimiento más de 5 horas.

Habia escuchado muy buenos comentarios de esta laptop y supero mis expectativas, trabajo desde casa y es muy rapida, muy buena buena imagen, bien cuidada, valio totalmente la pena la inversion.
