I was kind of skeptical when I first saw these types of wire strippers. It seems like a lot of extra stuff to mess around with when doing electrical work. But after trying it out, I must say I'm a fan now. I like that I don't have to keep matching up the wire with the right size gauge on the stripper and measure up the length of stripping. You just stick the wire in the hole all the way and pull the trigger. If you're only connecting a few wires, it probably makes sense to just use a regular stripping tool, but if you have a lot to do, these are worth the effort, especially for larger gauge wires. Just be sure to have a quick change adapter on your drill so you can quickly switch between the stripper and your screwdriver bits.The wire twisters are also good to have, particularly for larger gauge wires. The case is nice too, and it comes with an extra blade.

I recently purchased this wire stripper and twister set, and it has been a game changer! The different color-coded attachments make it super easy to strip and twist wires of various gauges quickly and efficiently. Using it with a drill saves so much time compared to manual wire stripping, especially when working on large projects.The build quality feels solid, and the included accessories, like the wire nut twister, are a nice bonus. The wire caps fit securely onto stripped wires, providing a neat and professional finish. It does take a little practice to get the perfect twist, but once you get the hang of it, it works like a charm.If you do a lot of electrical work, this tool is definitely worth it! Highly recommended for electricians and DIYers alike.

Reviewing: Wire Stripper for Drill, Wire Twister Tool for Drill, 14-12-10-8-6 Gauge drill wire stripper, wire twister, 8 In 1 Professional Electrician Wire Nut Twister for drill Stripping and Twisting Tool, 8pcsI have to say, I had my doubts as to the efficacy of these strippers on anything other than single-strand copper wire. I have several other styles of strippers that work well enough within their size range, but nothing appropriate for wires larger than 10 Ga., so I decided to give these a try.Wow!!! These strippers are fantastic! They strip the insulation off in less than 2 seconds, and leave stranded wires twisted and ready to be tinned, crimped, or connected in a wire nut.The wire twister tool works okay, but you have to get the wires to be twisted just right in order for it to really work well.The wire nut installer is pretty nice. I like that it has graduated sizes so it can install probably 90% of the wire nuts on the market.All together, this is a nice wire connecting tool set. It's currently on sale for $30, and in my estimation it's worth every penny of that. The usual price is $40, and at that price I probably wouldn't buy it "just to have it on hand" - I'd only spend $40 on this set if there were specific projects I had coming up that I knew I would need them for.

works great as long as you realize its not going to be for everything, when it is actually needed tho, it works wonders and helps a lot.
