Love this hutch! I left off one star because I didn't really care for the tray part and the wood in-between. I loved the fact that there was bottom but it could have been better executed as over time urine will run the wood. I was able to make shift a system but it still didn't work which eventually molded

Simple directions but need 2 people to set up. Good quality. The roof didn't have pre drilled holes and the black stuff sheds everywhere.

This thing is hands so the cutest most practical rabbit hutch. And it fits my house to a key! It is sturdy, my bun loves it! she has so many areas, we have her litter, her water fountain, two beds and toys in there. She is a free roam bunny but this is her space to go chill out, go use the restroom. It has 3 trays that easily pull out for easy cleaning. Do not hesitate! 10/10

Summary:Overall this is a nice quality rabbit house. Have had two other rabbit hutches over the years that weren't as functional as this one. The additional access door next to main door makes it much easier for overall access on opposite side. The removable tray floors are a major upgrade from our last setup because the previous setups never had a floor, forcing us to make our own floor which was much harder to clean and overall was much less efficient. A tip for anyone complaining about litter not sliding out with the tray, it's simple, you need a litter pan. Happily fits two rabbits, plus we extended their living space by putting a gate around the front so that they can come out and go in as they please. Assembly was straight forward, all supplies and directions accurate.A few downside to the product is that their was no pre drilled holes for door hinges. I made sure to measure them accurately to have the lock open and close smoothly. And it was hard to make your own hole in the wood with hand tools. (Take care to not use power tools as it can split the wood very easily). Another issue was that the roof did not line up perfectly, it took some finesse to get it right, but we got it. Secondly, the roof material is very messy and can be toxic so take care as to cleaning after assembling. Third, the ramp already has damage first week. Finally, ramp comes with support post which is nice to keep the ramp stable, however, the metal protrudes slightly, we put something soft around it as to prevent the rabbits bumping into it, we suggest the manufacturer to provide a cover for the metal in the future.Pros:-Extra door, easy access-Good quality removable floor tray- Straight-forward assembly-Accurate directions and materials-Ramp support post-Nice designCons:-No pre drilled holes for door locks-Roof did not line up easily-Roof material messy, toxic-Ramp quickly damaged from normal use-Ramp support post needs to be covered for safety.Will update this review 6 months after purchase.Hope this information helps!

Our bunnies are only 8 weeks old. It’s the perfect size for them both with room to grow! The top enclosed part has enough room for them, a covered bed I purchased for them, and a small bowl. Set up was easy, cleaning was fairly easy. Stays dry in the rain! Nice and sturdy. I’m glad I purchased this hutch after lots of browsing online! Plan to move it into the yard with a larger enclosed run they can use with supervision, but while they’re still young I’m keeping it up on the deck - picture of it with an almost 70lb lab (who is very unsure of them) to try and help compare size!
