Comfortable, easy to convert to the backpack or have the chair with the arms up or down. We use these on our boat & bring them to shore with us. Great for picnics & other outdoor things where you want some back support. Lightweight & easy to carry with the backpack straps! Great buy!

Practica, nada complicada de acomodar, solo que es muy grande y no tiene manera de doblarse para ser guardada. Queda extendida completamente.

I work in childcare it's great for sitting on kids level but still having full back support. Perfect for patting backs at nap time. I love it

I have some spinal problems and find this seat very comfortable and sturdy. It gives me the desired support. The arm rests are a real nice option and you can use them or leave them down so you are not stuck with them if they will be in the way. Your body weight holds it down and it really does work well without any kind of hook on the bottom. Now, to address some other buyers comments...1). The odor; yes, at the initial opening of the plastic bag, it has a horribly strong ammonia smell from the synthetic materials. I left it in the garage for a few days and the odor subsided so it's no longer an issue. 2). Width; some complain that it's too narrow. Really? Not for a person of normal size. If it fits you like a thong, perhaps you need to order a treadmill. I'm an athletic 5' 9"/170lbs and I find it just right. If you are a 'wide glide', you can always leave the armrests down. 3). Too big when flat and wearing like a backpack. What is this, the three little bears? First it's too small, then too big. Yeah, it's a bit large and I even chuckled when I opened the box and first saw it, but you can't have it both ways. If you want a seat that's large enough to be comfortable, then it's going to look big when flat. Get over it. People at events will realize the situation and aren't going to look at you like you are a freak. They will probably look at you with envy and wish they had such a comfortable seat to sit on. 4). Durability; Some complained about it breaking and not latching. Well, I'm betting those people didn't read the folding instructions that are sewn onto the seat bottom and just forced the seat until they broke it. I find it to feel quite solid and it works perfectly when you follow the instructions. Bottom line...I'm very happy with it and after sitting in it, my girlfriend wants one too so I'm going to order a second seat. I do have one complaint: it's not made in the USA. I prefer to support US jobs.***UPDATE: After sitting in the chair for about 4 hours at a recent sprint car race, I find the chair to be very, VERY comfortable and it greatly enhanced my event enjoyment as I didn't have a backache to deal with. It dawned on me that the best feature on this chair is the armrests. As you sit in it and prop your elbows on the armrests (which are quite comfortable to use) this helps to keep your posture correct and prevent you from slumping, hence preventing the backache. I will never again get a stadium chair without armrests. This is the key feature for comfort!!! The only issue I've had is that the nylon straps for wearing it on your back are not gripped well by the plastic buckles and the straps have come undone a few times, once causing the chair to fall to the ground while walking. The buckle just doesn't bite into/hold enough tension on the webbing to secure it. Frustrating, but I will easily fix that with 2 safety pins, or perhaps putting snaps or Velcro on the straps to hold them in place. Even with this minor annoyance, I have no regrets over buying this chair and am anxious for the second one to arrive.

I bought this chair intending to use it for outdoor concerts, picnics, etc and chose this model because of the armrests. While I can't comment on its long term durability having just received it today, I will say that for comfort, practicality, portability and appearance it meets all of my expectations. The different adjustable positions are a definite plus and folding/unfolding it is actually very simple. The instructions are in fact on the paperboard insert but folding it is intuitive and flattening it simply requires you to fold it all the way in and then back to flat. The cushion is well padded and there are zippers that allow you to access the padding. I don't intend to mess with this unless I need to at some point down the road but I like that there is an easy way to get to it. I can personally see sitting in this chair for long periods of time and being quite comfortable. The supports seem to be very sturdy both in the main section of the chair and the armrests. I am sure that they are not invincible but with normal and proper use I think I expect them to hold up well. I think the important thing is to understand how the folding/unfolding works and not to try to force it to flatten as I can see that damaging the folding mechanism (which would be tough anyway).Regarding portability, I personally like the backpack method of transporting the chair. While I was somewhat skeptical before ordering it as some people have found it awkward or bulky, I think for me this method is going to work best in the long run. The chair is not heavy at all. I am 5'7" and find that I can walk quite comfortably with it on my back and this frees my hands to carry something else without trying to 'juggle' things. The only comments on or potential problems I can see with this method are as follows:- if there are very strong winds it might become a sail but it's also big enough to provide some protection against flying debris that you can't see behind you (look for the silver lining, right?).- I like to put my (very long) hair up in a bun and the chair is tall enough that my bun will hit the chair as I am walking. I intend to solve this by wearing it another way and don't expect too many people will have this problem, but I thought I'd mention it.- The backpack straps are not heavily padded, but I don't really find this to be an issue since the chair is very light and I don't intend to take it on long hiking trips anyway. The zipper pouch for carrying things is a nice feature but I wouldn't expect to put a lot in there. It is about 16" wide x 7" high. I probably won't be putting much more than keys, phone, wallet and maybe a camera or small book in there. It's right behind my head when I am carrying the chair.Regarding color, I found it to be quite accurate to the picture on my monitor. The blue is very bright and quite attractive (I have also ordered a green chair but I am still waiting for it to arrive as Amazon shipped them separately). I hope that the color will hold up well with use in the sun, but only time will tell on that one!One last thing is in regards to the shipping/packaging. Even though I ordered two chairs at the same time they are being shipped separately (I think the different colors may come from different sellers, but this wasn't obvious to me at checkout). The box that the first one arrived in is more than big enough for both of them, though, so I would have personally preferred that they be shipped together. Hopefully my situation was an anomaly, though! Otherwise, the packaging both on the chair and from Amazon was perfectly fine.Overall I find this to be an excellent chair and hope to get a lot of use out of it!
