The voltage is wrong for the Uk. Subsequently it stopped working after 5 mins and burnt out. This product should have never been sold for use in the UK, a very expensive mistake

Bought this for my son's birhtday, He was able to make coconut infused cookies and had no issues operating. My daughter in-law made rosemary and then lavender oils and was also very happy

I purchased an Ongrok butter machine from Amazon AU and when it arrived I noted it had a US power chord so I replaced it with an Australian chord. During the first use, it powered up as it should, and operated for 30 minutes into its 2 hour cycle at 71 degrees as per the manual instructions. It then stopped and will now no longer turn on.It may be a power problem. US is 110 volt and Australia is 240V.The unit however, was purchased through my Amazon AU account, and was despatched to my address in Australia, so if the unit was not compatible, I should have been notified at time of purchase. When I contacted ONGROK they said they would "help" and I should contact Amazon, who then advised there was no refund or replacement. Very disappointed.

Great machine. I waited until I had used it well over a dozen times to make sure there were no issues. It works well, is reasonably quiet, compared to a blender, and is super easy to clean. When I receive it I had two of the same filters, I contacted customer support and they shipped one of each filter to me and I had them in less than a week. It was a minor inconvenience and customer support was very easy to contact and work with. One phone call and I had two additional filter bags and another butter mold as a way to apologise for the inconvenience. That kind of customer support is a nice change from most things and mistakes happen. The clean feature makes it easy to remove fine plant material. The controls are easy to use and navigate.

Very easy to use and clean afterwards. It says that you can use only 1 cup of oil or butter but I found the best infusions work with min 1.5 cups due to the blade being submerged better.The filters work great. However the butter mould tray is very flimsy so you must wait for the oil to solidify completely before moving the tray.Overall a great product and I really bought this over the other brands to help support the Canadian company.Highly recommended.
