As soon as it arrived I removed the foam filter inside the screen mesh without even plugging in the mic lol, but this mic is pure beauty for recording quality and just looking at it.

I’ve been recording for a decade and finallyPut some real money into my microphone.My last was an Mk4 and I love it to this dayThe main difference between the tlm 102 and most mic’s is how sensitive it is , very harsh highs when not eq’d properlyUnless your confident with your mixing abilities this is not a beginner friendly microphoneIt’s a neumann tho I can charge more for clients and nobody bats an eye lash ✅✅✅
