I am 6'2" 250 lbs. and wide hands and fingers. I ordered the size 12 and it fits my ring finger L hand very well. Little tight on R hand ring finger, but it was broken a long time ago and healed funny. Ok, so...1st. The print is kind of small, but not crazy small. I am nearsighted so I can see fine print well, but if you need reading glasses this might be an issue.2nd. Seen a few people not understanding how this works. On one 'wheel' (spins free but not too free) there are 12 letters denoting the 12 musical notes (A-G), and all 'accidentals' (flats or sharps...b / #) in between, except B/C & E/F. If you want 7ths, minors, or dim/sus, etc...just add it to the root note. The other wheel is the same. This could be used in writing or covering songs, IF you want to change the key of the WHOLE song. Just spin the wheel to the new desired key to line up with the original key, and all the other chords will line up too. This is good for cover songs if you have trouble singing or playing in a certain key for any reason. Makes transposing for those who know (a little!) theory or even just a few chords. And is stylish too. Ive played music for 30+ yrs and this is one of the coolest little gadgets Ive ever seen. Would make a great gift for the musician in your life!

This ring is amazing despite what the 1 star reviews say. It has 2 rotating bands which for the record rotate pretty good, obviously they wont stay in play perfectly aligned when you rotate them but for this size you can't get something that is perfectly gonna stay in place. Fun to fidget with and has amazing applications. All the people saying "oh it doesn't teach you the circle of fifths" are just to lazy to actually learn. Do you really expect to be taught by a ring what the circle of fifths is or how it works? If you wanna learn the circle of fifths go to YT.and for any of you who wanna know the applications the first thing it is useful for is finding out different chord tones, and to see the circle of fifths. To do the first thing I mentioned you just memorize the chord tones in one chord for example CM7, a CM7 is 1 C 3 E 5 G 7 Bb, any other tones you want you can use for this to like the 2nd, 4th, etc. Next you align say the C and E and bam it shows you the third of all the other chords, because by lining up the C with the 3rd it lines all the other chords up to.Next to see the circle of fifths all you do is align C with G which is the fifth, I like C on the bottom band G on the top, and you read C to the aligned G above then you skip the note after C - C# and go to D then read the note above and keep skipping 1 and reading bottom to top.I will admit though the instructions do suck but even so this ring is sick lowest I would give even without knowing music theory and piecing it together is a 4 or 3 because it looks cool, fits well, and is fun to fidget with.
