My husband who is 6’2” is happy with this. He slept through a 5 hour flight comfortably and without snoring!

it inflated quick and easy, and gives great neck support, it also deflates very easily. The material felt soft and comfortable, and I didn't end up with a sore neck. Its great if you have children riding home after along day at school, my niece loves it. Highly recommend.

I stumbled on this product while I was looking for an inflatable neck pillow in anticipation for a 4 hour round trip flight on a budget airline whose seats do not recline.ProsVery easy to inflate I do not think you need a special pump.There is a valve that prevents air from flowing out between breaths.The pillow holds air for the duration of the flight. I had no problems with leaking. (Some reviews thought that was an issue).There are several similar inflatable pillows on the market. I went with this model because it has a secondary inflatable section that increases the vertical height. This is beneficial for taller individuals (I’m 6 ft). It also gives you the option of seating the device either on the tray table in front of you or on your knees.I did not sleep on either leg of my journey, but I got several hours of rest. I normally have a lot of neck pain on these flights because the seats are extremely uncomfortable. I never seem to find the right position that is comfortable for my head and neck. This pillow allowed me to keep my neck flexed. It took a lot of pressure off of my cervical spine.I have a Philadelphia-Honolulu flight coming up. I’m looking forward to trying my new pillow on longer distances.ConsOnce inflated, it is very bulky.You need to deflate it to get out of your seat.IMO, it’s a small price to pay for the benefit it provides.

Smells do open before use but do comfortable even if it’s a bit cumbersome to blow up next to people on plane. Used it for my long flight to Fiji! I would recommend.
