I like this backpack. The only thing I would say about it is that when I got it it was smaller than I had thought it was going to be overall I would recommend this backpack.

The quality seems good, and the straps are comfortable. The overall size was just what I was looking for, but the pockets are SUPER small. This bag would be perfect if the pockets were full sized, but the front vertical pocket, the back pocket, and the two pockets inside the main area are very shallow. The side elastic pockets are also small. Most mini backpacks like this can fit a small water bottle in the side pockets, but this bag can not.
