At last, a way to easily remove the fish bones from salmon and rockfish. I use these all the time.

Good product, heavy duty. Used daily in professional kitchens, bigger size is nice and fits in the hand well. Looks good and is perfect weight. Textured handle make it easy to use when working with fish.

It is solidly built, not flimsy and pulls the bones out of raw salmon efficiently

If this device could speak, I am sure that it would say that it has a bone to pick with you. And so it does...useful for picking fish bones in preparation for cooking. I have looked at other reviews, and I see various criticisms regarding size too small, doesn't pick bones, etc. Well what the heck. This tweezer tweezes just fine. The tweezer edges work well together to grab bones.This item is well balanced, and the weight is not a factor if grasped in the center.Overall, a fine tool for picking bones. Performs well, durable, and a delivers a value for the money.A grade of 'A+' or five stars. 🌟
