💜I am constantly buying ribbon of all kinds. I use it for everything but there is so little on a standard roll that it gets used up almost immediately. Needless to say I spend a lot of money buying ribbon.I came across these sari ribbons and it seemed as if I could use them (I like boho and shabby chic type of styles). From the description it seemed like a lot of product but one never knows what you might end up with when you buy on line. I took that leap of faith and ordered the cream and the rust. They came quickly and when I opened them up I could not believe my eyes - there was so much ribbon that I was in awe! I figure between the two skeins I will not have to order more for another three or four years, however I have several other colors in my cart and will keep ordering until I have a good selection of colors and enough ribbon to last the rest of my life - REALLY! The ribbon comes in a tightly wrapped skein and is a bit wrinkled and has some frayed edging which makes it look like ribbon of a hundred years ago. I hung it over my fan land let it open up and it took most of the wrinkles out which gave it that perfect shabby chic look.I can't wait to start using this unique silk ribbon and I know it will give my projects and gifts that look that special look I was striving for. REALLY GREAT ITEM AND SUPER COST EFFECTIVE.💜

This silk looks grungy and filthy.. not pretty at all

I used this to warp my loom to weave a table runner. There's slight fraying, which is normal for any brand of sari silk ribbon yarn. Durable and good quality, I love how my project turned out!

I have not had a chance to use this "yarn" but I am anxious to give it a try. I was surprised to find this item on Amazon and I think it will be perfect for the project I have in mind. In my area, it is difficult to find supplies that are unique and I was so pleased to find it and have it delivered to my door. The color I selected is beautiful and the quality appears to be very good. I think this is a win-win!
