I have tried to get this stupid laser cutter to cut for 5 days- 12 hours a day. It starts cutting and then comes up with an alarm and stops in random spots in the cut. I have tried every suggestion in the manual and every idea I could possibly come up with online. Nothing is resolving the problem. I have contacted the company 4 times for help. They finally responded to one of my requests for help saying that they would make helping me a top priority and to respond back with a message of when I would be available for an assistance call. I responded back. I am three days past when they said they would call me and I haven’t heard back from them, even after sending two more messages telling them I’m on a deadline and need assistance. I’m very disappointed in this product. I have customers waiting for orders they purchased from me and now I have to send them apologies and delay shipments till I can get another laser.

This is the first engraver of this type that I’ve ever owned. it took me a hot minute to figure this out, but I got there!The laser comes with everything you need to get started. I was really impressed with the care that went into the packaging of the laser and all accessories! They used every available space to either add accessories or protect what was included.The directions are okay for assembly, but for ease of using the machine, I would encourage using the tutorial videos on the external software website.Once I watched a few of those videos, it was much easier to figure out what I needed to do.I’ve been playing around with engraving and cutting quite a bit. I thought some pics might be helpful so you can see it works even when you’re a beginner! Im a work in progress for sure, but I’m getting there!!

This laser engraver is awesome!! It came already put together so we were able to pull it out of the box and start it using it. We like how it comes with a box, lid and ventilation. It is very easy to use, the projected laser makes it simple to get your positioning right. The possibilities are endless with it! We are excited to make lots of Christmas gifts using it. I’ve attached a couple pictures of some things we’ve made so far.We would recommend!!

This laser engraver 10w is excellent—it’s fully enclosed with a protective cover, equipped with a filter and exhaust fan to minimize odors, and features air assist and autofocus for smooth, precise cuts. Setup was straightforward after watching the helpful videos on the manufacturer’s website, which I suggest for saving time! The engraver is quiet, fast, and highly accurate. I purchased it to make gifts for friends and family, I am thrilled with its potential. It arrived securely packaged with foam, was easy to assemble, and pairs well with LightBurn software. I highly recommend it!

This laser is a great start up tool to do personalized things and small items. Its capabilities are great for me as I am just now starting to venture into personalized gifts in small business. I do a lot of projects with wood, and having the ability to a design or personalization in them increases my revenue. I can do small items to sell. It is very easy to use. The hardest part is learning the software. It is enclosed, so you are not breathing the fumes. It also has a purification filter so there are no hazards as it exhausts fumes. Very easy to set up. The ability to make extra money with this are limitless.
