Review for: "Dive Light, 2000 Lumen Underwater Flashlight, IPX8 Waterproof Scuba Diving Light, Professional Diving Flashlight, Snorkeling Light Scuba Diving Accessories with Rechargeable Battery"I am not a Scuba diver, but this flash light can also be use as regular flash light.I already have a lot of 18650 based LED flash light, but this is on the next level.Build quality is very good, and it is IPX 8 rated meaning it will function properly even after being submerged in fresh water for up to 30 minutes under specific conditions (15~35 ℃, 86-106 kPa, up to 1.5m depth). It use Luminus SST40.2 LED, a quality LED that produce White (5000 - 6500 K) light with CRI 70, at maximum 2000 lumen. Equipped with 5000 mAh battery, it promise to run 5 hours of constant use in high mode. very impressive. It comes with 2 waterproof o-ring, wrist strap USB-A to USB-C cable and user manual. It has a lock switch to prevent accidentally turned on, and a variable switch to adjust light intensity. The USB-C port is securely placed inside to prevent water leaks when submerse in water. The only feature that missed is there is no way to adjust the light coverage. It has a fix round light with a bright focus round coverage inside. Maybe that is the standard for Diving flashlight. I have no idea. For only $42.49 it is a real deal for me. The best flash light I have so far.

It just doesn't seem that bright. Now, I didn't use it underwater in the dark, so it may be plenty bright and have nice throw in those circumstances, but I really expected more from it in a dark basement. The switch, while clever in its locking mechanism (both "on" and "off"), is *tiny*; I'm wondering if I'll be able to work it easily with gloves on.

Although this light is designed for divers, it also makes an excellent general use flashlight. With the weather and the water still quite cold, I didn't have the opportunity to test the water resistance of this light, but I was highly impressed with it in all other aspects. Right off the bat, I appreciate the built-in USB-C charge port. You do have to remove the rear cap, which has a seal, to access the charge port, but that's easy to do (I've used other dive lights that required removing the battery and using a separate charger to recharge it; this is much easier.) Anther great feature is the light ring that glows red or green to give you an indicator of the charge state - easy to see! The light feels very robust and well made. But perhaps the best feature is the brightness - this is a very bright flashlight! I can use it to light up areas hundreds of yards away at night. There's a very bright "core" beam, with a lower-level surrounding light that gives you some great visibility. The sliding switch that adjusts the brightness of the beam is also a great feature, making it easy to dial in the amount of light you want, while also avoiding somewhat gimmicky features (like having to pass through flashing modes). There are two lockout locations for the switch: off, and full-on. I probably don't have a lot of use for those modes (although locking it off should prevent accidentally leaving it partially discharging), but I could see those modes as being very handing for diving. A lanyard and two extra O-rings are included in the package, along with some decent instructions. This is really a nice light, particularly for the money.

Feels very solid and substantial in your hand. The reason for 4 stars is because it's not as bright as I expected based on the lumens spec.I have flashlights that are rated lower yet are brighter. That said, this feels like a quality light, with a good grip and nice heft. The LED ring is a great feature for showing the charge status. The LED ring remains on whenever the light is on so you always know your current battery level. There are 4 different levels of brightness but they are not really defined on the switch. You just slide the switch forward and you reach 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% brightness. The lock button only works at the 100% setting. It includes the charging cable, a very nice lanyard, and 2 replacement O-rings.Since you need to unscrew the cap to get to the charging port, I put a little lubricant on the O-ring to extend its life. With a rating of 150M depth, this is a solid all-weather flashlight that would be perfect for camping, hiking, and of course diving.Time will tell of its durability but initial impressions are very good.Recommended.

Overall this a very good light. It is quite bright and infinitely dimmable (Not just high/low etc.) It is a good medium sized light and has a nice heft to it. One thing I don't like about it that almost caused me to give it a lower review score is the lock button. It took me a while to. figure out how to engage it. I thought the whole switch button was supposed to slide to the right to lock. It does not. Only the teeny tiny little bump on the top of the switch slides. Once you figure this out it is easy enough to operate. But man is that a small button. I can't imagine even attempting it with gloves. Ultimately since it does work I decided to still give the light 5 Stars since it is a very solid little light overall.
