I love it! Now I have one in both cars.Easy to program and use.Inly drawback; I couldn’t figure how to affix on clip for clipping to sunshade. So sometimes I lose it in car. I’d buy again

Needed an extra remote so that we have one for all vehicles. original ones are 811LM models. The only difference I can see is the addition of a program button inside the case. Anyway followed the directions for programming and it worked as it was supposed to.As a side note, it came with all the dip switches in the (off or on position, whatever is factory default) and it worked with my gate, no programming needed. What this meant was my gate and controls were left by the installers in the factory default setting. I followed directions to reprogram all my remotes to a new, non factory default code.

Claimed would work with newer liftmaster Control! Does not work.....returned and had to pay shipping from Canada back to US. Waste of time and money!!!
