Much less than many other reels, yet solid, smooth, casts a mile, no worries about backlash once adjusted for the lure using, and the aluminum body feels good in the hand.

Let me start by saying, I still used an older Quantum PT Team KVD reel on one of my go too set ups. Still buttery smooth and reliable! This Lews has been no different. I recently picked this up to replace a Lews Mach Crush that started to crack on the main bar near the worm gear. The build quality is fantastic and eliminates the issues I had with my Mach Crush by using an all aluminum frame. This reel is also buttery smooth and far better than what it is priced at. Can't go wrong with any KVD product!

This Lews reel is the best reel I have ever felt. It is not to heavy and can cast a country mile.pretty easy to tune, and amazing colors. Amazing value I would easily pay 200 to 300 dollars for it.This also feels great in person. GREAT job Lews
