Ottimo pc ed è come nuovo, hanno sostituito la tastiera con una nuova e ricondizionato perfettamenteanche la batteria dopo i test preliminari rispecchia quello che è nella descrizione

La compré en enero y me ha funcionado bien, no tiene ñ en el teclado pero lo puedes peronalizar en teclado en español para que te salga, muy rapida y práctica, solo 1 vez se ha trabado pero reiniciandola no hubo problema. Espero que me dure mucho tiempo como dicen.

La compu en estética llegó solo con un pequeño raspón en la carcasa, pero nada que afecte o que se vea mal. Funciona muy bien, y la pantalla es touch.Muy buena compra y más por el precio.

Llegó en el tiempo marcado, un equipo como nuevo, rápido y estética de 9 de 10 excelente lap top. El touch de pantalla responde muy bien

Llego al siguiente dia que la pedi, esteticamente perfecta, trae teclado iluminado y lector de huella digital, la Bateria dura 3 hrs y media dandole duro bajando respaldos, instalando drivers, actualizaciones y navegando.Estoy muy satisfecho ya que es un equipo potente y a un excelente precio, recomiendo ampliamente, traia Windows 10, yo le puse Windows 11 de Inmeditado, inicia rapidisimo.

Durante la instalación, nuestro departamento de TI identificó miles de virus preprogramados que no se podían eliminar y que seguían replicándose. Estaban seguros de que los virus se habían instalado deliberadamente. No estamos seguros del impacto que esto tendrá en nuestra infraestructura corporativa ni de qué información personal se puede haber extraído. Me comuniqué con Amazon para obtener una solución, pero no me hicieron caso.

The laptop arrive in good shape. The power supply come with is intermittent, the seller send a replacement power supply to solve the problem in next day. Seller tech support Adam is very helpful, he fwd an update link for the thunderbolt port which cannot detect the monitor through the USBC Hub. A good experience deal with this seller.

Funciona perfecto, para trabajo o escuela.Es como Gama media, porque me corre emuladores como el Wii, Gamecube, Nintendo Wii U y uno que otro del Nintendo Switch.

El equipo fue entregado en tiempo.La computadora tenia buena apariencia estetica, no rayones a primera vista, venia con su cargador original. Encendio bien, se empezo a configurar y salio con un problema quiero pensar de la licencia del sistema operativo, lo marcaba como un virus, situación que no se me hizo correcta por lo que se tomo la decision de hacer la devolucion, la cual fue muy sencilla de realizar.

i purchased this used refurbished laptop,lenovo t490s 16gb ram,526 ssd,backlit keyboard from TEK Refurbs that described it as "excellent condition"for $297.00,and i couldn,t be happier.it appears to be brand new and after getting rid of windows10 pro and installing arcolinux its response,quickness,keyboard functions are all fantastic,screen offers crystal clarity,its light weight and a joy to play around on,but mainly i use it to take on 2wk camping trips in rugged terrain to shoot landscape photography and edit photos at night in the tent.i didn,t want to spend $1400.00 bucks on a new laptop that might not withstand the workout and at less than $300.00 i,m feeling like i stole it.i read all the reviews on the t490s and watched youtube reviews and they were all spot on in their praise of this little work horse.so to TEK Refurb,thank you and the next time i need a laptop i,ll contact you folks first..sincerely,john

I had not purchased a renewed laptop before. The specs on this T490 Lenovo looked decent for the price. As I was on a tight budget I thought it was worth a try. I was pleasantly surprised when I received it because my unit came with a better processor (8365U@1.6GHz 1.90GHz) - than as advertised at the time (i5-8265U). Unit arrived in 3 days via prime and very clean - actually hard to tell it's not new - no visible signs of wear and no scratches on the keyboard, screen, lid, body or trackpad at all. Mine also came with a backlit keyboard too - another nice surprise! Windows 10 pro pre-loaded and working on start-up. Everything else is working flawlessly, fingerprint reader, trackpad, keypad mouse button, etc.. Anyway it does everything I expected and came cleaner than I thought for a refurbished product. I've only had the unit for about a week but so far I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Battery is on 90% of its capacity over the years so it is still running for many hours.Will recommend the seller to anyone looking for a great condition laptop.After sales service is also excellent cause have another laptop with drained battery and asked for help even it wasn't purchased from the seller and received prompt respond with reasonable service charge, so again super happy.Wish that everyone can do business support as they do
