Unfortunately upon receiving this item it didn’t take long to notice problems.First - Button MalfunctionsSecond - Frequent Power downsThird - CONSTANT restartsI had my boyfriend in tech review the error message and was informed of a very poor ram system. I would definitely recommend staying clear from this product.

La batería no retiene carga y estuve contactando al vendedor y no responde. En AMAZON me dicen que hasta que tengan el producto me devuelven el dinero. No sé como dejan vender este tipo de computadoras con fallas.

De 3 que compré, una llegó con las bocinas voladas, sin lector de huellas y sin pantalla touch. Las otras dos todo bien. Tuve que regresar está, lamentablemente.

For everyday work or school use it’s amazing. I wouldn’t use it for gaming. I use mine for my Resturant I’m very impressed.-Sounds is amazing.-Screen is great.-Keyboard is outstanding. & it lights up!-Easy to clean-I would buy a really good external mouse for it

La lap es muy buena y bonita pero no reconoce la pila :c y la la pila de reserva no dura ni 30 min :c tuve q comprar otra, el mousepad se mueve como loco y aveces no detecta, los usb están algo estrechos todos. No entiendo como venía una hoja donde confirmaban q funcionaba la pila, usb y mouse y no funciona. Atención ahí.

Es una laptop muy completa, rápida, ligera, con cámara de 9 MP con un sistema de sonido aceptable y una estética moderna, el único pero que le pongo es que solo retiene la carga por 1 hora y como siempre se mantiene conectada se calienta un poco, no la quise cambiar porque de verdad me gustó mucho.

This machine let me down when I needed it the most. I wanted to use this for a sports event and set it up to work with the event software. When the event came, the hard drive failed and stalled the event for a until a manual process was put in place. This caused the event to take much longer. NO ONE was pleased!I will NEVER purchase one of these again!

I would highly recommend them for your next purchase in laptop. I received my laptop with a very small crack and I was able to contact the seller by phone. The lady I spoke with was very polite and asked if I wanted to refund or exchange which I actually wanted to exchange it with another laptop same model everything. She sent over the shipping label no extra cost or anything. I received my new refurb laptop wanted to do a review after using it for more than a month and it’s actually the best laptop I’ve used thus far. The battery life is amazing I charge it after a days work even though it still has half battery life left. It doesn’t freeze up and it’s not laggy or slow definitely good for everyday use. It’s very easy to use. I would say it was definitely worth every penny and would recommend them when purchasing your next laptop. They get a 5 star for service and reliability.
