overall the pc has performed well. I wish the volume was better and the keyboard is horrible without full light.

Using the laptop for business purposes. A little slow delivery, 16 days. Not used to that with Amazon

I purchased this laptop because the description said it had a backlit keyboard. It does NOT! By the time I realized the deceptive listing, I had purchased several programs and downloaded them onto my computer.The computer seems to be working just fine but I did not get what I paid for.
