I just received it and found the finish and craftsmanship to be flawless. The guitar come setup to play. I like the pickups, although their not as good as my PRS SE. The coil tap is cool but not as drastic of a tone change as my Schecter Omen Extreme. I love how the frets are dressed perfectly, very smooth. Great guitar. Gibson/Kramer did an awesome job!

I got this Guitar for 338 Shipped that include a new pack of strings and a Shoddy Case i paid to much for. This guitar for the Price plays like a 800 hundred Dollar one, The Fret-board, I Suppose is RosewoodBut it is Dyed Black and feels like a Ebony Fret-board.It has Red inlay and Binding all the way down the neck which is nice, The wood of the Neck is Mahogany But the neck isn't glossed over It feels as If they Put a plastic Coating over the back of the neck and it is different from most guitars. Also there is a spot right behind the tuning keys that hold 2 Allen wrenches that fit the tremolo system and they lock into the back of the neck, You also get a Truss rod Adjuster and a piece of paper that tells you how to do it.Note that i didn't need to use this upon receiving it was set well except for the tremoloNow to the Tremolo, This wouldn't be good for a Novice especially if you change the strings on it.The string on it felt like a 5 dollar pair of Ernie balls, When you switch the tremolo will fall down drasticallyand when you tune back up to get into E It will raise it really high, Your best bet is to look up a guide to a FR Tremolo system Then you will be good to go.Also my guitar has a few cosmetic Flaws such as extra clear coat of the neck over the lower portion of the fret-board and i wonder why they just didn't clear coat the whole back, It has very sturdy Volume pots and the bottom clicks out to give you a single coil sound But it only works for the Front pick Up.The body is very Shiny and gets fingerprints easy but that's OK, Also The width of the fret-board is larger than say a Jackson dinky or a Gibson flying v but the action feels close to a wizard 2 neck made by ibanez. The pickups give a crisp sound but i also use M-Steels so that could add a little but i see no need to put emgs or anything like that in it,Al in all this guitar is worth the price and has a good sound.

I am really impressed with the quality of this guitar for the cost. It looks and sounds great. I did a lot of research before buying this guitar and it certainly meets my expectations. Tuning the Floyd Rose is a little different but I did find some great tutorial videos that were really helpful. Grab one and rock on!

I am not a professional musician. I am what I think is termed a "hobbyist".I guitar-shopped for a long time before choosing this one. My number one priority was a guitar with a Tremolo, as I already have two without. I had read a lot about the Floyd Rose Tremolo and, although it was too technical for me to fully understand, it seemed to be able to solve the issue of "Tremolo knocking the guitar out of tune so frequently that it became frustrating to use the guitar at all."So my review after owning this for about two weeks:Visual: It is very attractive. Although the red color looks a little pink in the photographs, it is red, so if you like red, as I do, do not worry. It is RED. The sharp end of the cutaway gives it a very distinctive look, so it doesn't look like a "Les Paul clone" at all. It has its own style and it is a very attractive shape. The frets are fun to look at while playing and add to the visual beauty, as does the headstock.Playing: It is not heavy, yet it has "heft" so you don't feel like you are playing a "Rockband" guitar. The spacing of the frets is comfortable, although I play so poorly I don't really have a good sense of what "comfort" means on a guitar yet. The placement of the knobs and switch are good for my style. The Tremolo... well, this being my first, I have to learn to get comfortable with it. It seems to work well for me, but I have to look to find it. Someday it will be second-nature, I am sure.Sound: Every time I strum, I smile. Every time I pick a note, I smile. The few chords I know sound like Segovia is playing them. It is so awesome-sounding I can't believe it when I play. I have no idea what I am doing on the Tremolo, yet it sounds like I do! The highest compliment I can pay to this wonderful guitar is: I will never, ever, pick up my Fender Starcaster again. I think I'll sell it, or give it to a niece or nephew.Summary: If you like the way it looks, and the price is right for you, do yourself a favor and buy this now. It is a great guitar.
