I read the other reviews and don't understand the complaints. This is a very durable, highly useful device. It comes apart easily and when washed, you just rotate it into the cover like you are screwing in a screw and it goes together without issue. I use it and the larger one for everything, and nothing seems to be a problem whatsoever. My only complaint is that it doesn't have tablespoon measurements on it, but we all know that there are 16 tablespoons in a cup, so you just do it on the cup scale. This thing came to work and looks good doing it.Highly recommended!

One of my baker friends uses this in cooking videos and I loved it, ordered it and think it’s awesome, easy to use with sticky ingredients, fits easily in my cabinet, easy to clean, light weight, used a lot during holiday baking
