Tin case arrived dented.... Otherwise the colors are beautiful. I would suggest putting the tin case in a box, and not just bubble wrap in a plastic bag.

What a great set I had all the colors under the rainbow and a very nice metal storage case. All the colors are beautiful and they blend well

I have always purchased Prismacolor watercolor colored pencils. I decided to try a different brand. These Kalour pencils are easily as good as the Prismacolor brand. And the price is so much lower.

I was disappointed by the condition of the tin. They packed it in just a padded bag, and it was mashed on the corners. It makes it hard to get the plastic trays out. A few pencils were chipped on the tips, I have not sharpened them yet so I'm not sure if the cores were damaged. I do like the smoothness of the pencils and the colors are vibrant. I used a water brush to activate the pencils and they worked very nicely.

really nice colors selection. smooth application and activates easily with water. you can lay color [colors] down then use a brush or dip pencil into water to get a saturated color...like an outline or just contrast. either way...very enjoyable pencils...i may send one as a gift to an artist friend. Also ...this set is a very good value. I have more expensive pencils but these are every bit as good.
