I am disappointed with this purchase. At first, the bombilla did not work properly. I contacted Kalmateh and they offered to ship me another one. However, I purchased another type of bombilla and realized that the Yerba Mate was the issue as it pieces were so small, they were not being filtered out and I was basically getting pieces of the Yerba Mate in my mouth no matter what straw I used. On day 3, the lid of the thermos just fell apart when I picked it up. There was absolutely no reason as all I had done was rinse it out and use it normally for 2 days. I am now using another thermos to keep my water hot. I also ended up ordering a large ultra fine tea diffuser with a screw on lid. This required me using a larger gourd (cup) to drink from. I feel like I just spent over $75 for a bunch of junk that I will not use and I have had to order other items in order to drink the Yerba Mate. The bag that came with the set is not something that I will carry, it is like it is made of a stiff cardboard paper material. I did not keep the packaging the items came in as I was not intending to return the set.

My box was delivered intact. Upon opening, the package of tea was perforated. I do not want to return all items, I would like the tea package to be replaced.

I can’t say enough good things about this kit, for starters is the most complete yerba mate set available on the market. For a beginner like myself, it includes everything I need to become a mate drinker (gourd, thermos, bombilla and organic yerba). The gourd is beautiful and easy to clean, the thermos keeps the water hot for hours, the bombilla is also very hygienic with the removable filter head for easy cleaning and the organic yerba is not only delicious but also makes me feel energized and amazing! I truly recommend this yerba mate kit!

Just received my Kalmateh set in marble. Love it!!Fist of all, the packaging is very nice, modern and gives the idea of a high end product.The color of the set is fantastic, White-grey. The mate is original (never used a stainless steel mate before). I like that it comes with two different bombillas and one brush.I still have to try the yerba and see how long the thermometer keeps the water hot, but so far I am more than happy. Kudos Kalmateh!
